Cura dei particolari
Camera bella, spaziosa e con tutti i confort possibili. Nulla è lasciato al caso, è tutto estremamente curato. Unica pecca le camere non sono molto insonorizzate e abbiamo trovato ospiti particolarmente mattutini e rumorosi sopra di noi!

Palazzina elegante ma da evitare il piano terra!
Posizione centrale, facile raggiungere il centro a piedi, ma camera al piano terra disturbata dalla porta d’entrata e dalle voci degli altri clienti .

Ottimo soggiorno a Modena
La struttura è ben posizionata, vicino al centro storico ed a tutti i vari ed interessanti siti e monumenti ivi contenuti. Il parcheggio pubblico, a pagamento, consente di parcheggiare comodamente proprio davanti l'ingresso. Agli ospiti viene fornito un pass per fruire gratuitamente del parcheggio. La camera è moderna e confortevole, munita di tutto quanto può necessitare per un piacevole soggiorno. L'accoglienza e l'assistenza è stata calorosa e premurosa. In sintesi un ottimo soggiorno.

Tutto perfetto secondo quanto proposto dal sito e dalla mail di conferma ma...... il lavandino del bagno era otturato e non era utilizzabile. Essendo arrivato in serata e avendo una bellissima doccia a disposizione, ne ho fatto a meno e l'ho segnalato la mattina seguente. Puó succedere....ma chi si occupa di sistemare la camera avrebbe dovuto segnalarlo immeditamente alla titolare. Struttura comunque bella, ci tornerei.

Excellent experience. Instructions from the owner were clear and accurate. Parking was available almost directly in front of the property. Nice large room, coffee maker, and very nice bathroom in bed. Would highly recommend.

I stayed for five nights in May 2024. My room was large and clean and had all the amenities I needed. The location is wonderful - just a 5 minute walk to the center. I didn’t see the staff very often because it was mostly unstaffed, but when I did they were friendly and helpful. A few opportunities for improvements: My room was very humid. Being on the first floor, I didn’t want the windows open all the time so people could see in. I did a load of washing my first day there and after three days it still was not dry and it was hard to sleep due to the humidity. I asked twice and finally the air was turned on. My shower head leaked over the top of the shower door, which meant my bathroom was all wet after showering. There are safety boxes where you can leave your key, which I did because the keychain is very large and heavy. On my last day the code to my box was no longer working and I was locked out. After about 20 minutes I found a housekeeper upstairs and I was able to get into my room. I recommend taking off the keychain and bringing the key with you to avoid being locked out.

Good morning Lisa from Vittorio Veneto 25!It's been lovely to have you with us.We really appreciate your feedbacks, however the humidity in Modena, especially during this period of time of the year, it's very common and our suggestion was to leave the window open to refresh the air in your room when you were out exploring the city. We also managed to personalise your air conditioning setting to make your experience pleasant. But if you tried to dry your clothes in the room, with close window it's most luckily that humidity was coming from that.We've seen each other every day and if you had problems with your shower head leaking, we would have loved to fix the problem for you if you just mentioned anything about it in those 4 days.Safety boxes works perfectly if you enter the same code that we provide, but after many attempts they go in safety block. We want to make sure that we have no intention to lock out our guests as our priority is to give them a beautiful experience and support during their stay in Modena. Thanks so much and have a nice day.

Was told by the site the room was on the 2nd floor. It was on the 3rd floor. tv remote needed batteries. Couch bed was damp when we arrived. No english tv stations.

Comfortable Apartment in City Center.
The apartment was conveniently located with ample free parking and a few minute walk to the city center. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the AC very strong. Our host was very accommodating and it was a great value.

Leiligheten ligger i kort avstand til restauranter og shoppinggater. Moderne og fin leilighet med komfortabel seng, balkong og kjøleskap. Vi fikk generøst med kaffekapsler til kaffemaskinen, samt vannflasker med refillmulighet til utlån. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Vi bor veldig gjerne her igjen!

Best place in MODENA!
Best Location and hotel during my trip. THe room super beautiful, Cozy and excellent location to visit Modena. In the morning the lady in the reception was super friendly. If I came back to Modena, for sure I will come back again.

This listing was very misleading as I thought I was booking a hotel. No one greeted us, in fact there was no one working at all. Not only was it self check in with a lock box, but we received a parking pass that included a warning on how unsafe the theft was in the area, we didn’t feel safe parking there. The room was up on the fifth floor with no elevator and so many flights of stairs. The room was decent but didn’t look entirely like the pictures, it felt more like a dorm room. We were so disappointed that we immediately left and had to find another hotel in the area to stay at after we had already paid in full for the night through Expedia. What a disappointment and waste of money. I would not recommend this property to anyone I know.

We area Small Exclusive rooms, a new concept of stay,well descripted in sites and in both mails we sent you before your arrival.Your room was located at the second floor, the upper we have, and in our description is not written we have elevator. Regarding the parking, we are in a quiet zone but free parking is located in a public street so we prefer to advise the guests about it; alternatively we give you the solution to put the car in a payment covered parking, offering a discount on the charge. The hotel is small but cozy. The biggest problem was the neighborhood which looks nice enough but there are some seedy characters that travel, usually by bike or scooter, that you need to watch out for. We learned that the hard way as we came down to our rented car after the first night to find it had been broken into! We had 2 busted windows and a lot of headaches and financial burdens! Hotel, of course, is not responsible.

This is a boutique hotel with very limited on-site staffing. They only have on-site support from 8am - 1pm. The main issue we had during our stay was the air conditioning, which was restricted to 84 degrees F during our one day stay. The local temp was 100 degrees. It made it nearly impossible to sleep. What made it worse was they lifted the restriction while housekeeping was servicing the room upon our arrival as they allowed us in the room for a couple mins to drop our bags, but put the restriction back in place after housekeeping was done. It's couched as an Eco-friendly policy for Modena, but it came across as a money saving strategy, just as the lack of front desk support seemed to be about saving money as opposed to providing service. Again, attempting to sleep in 84 degree temps made it next to impossible and made this hotel a non-starter in terms of any return visit. Would not stay here again, especially during the summer months.

Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!
Der Empfang war sehr professionell und herzlich! Sehr schönes historisches Gebäude, das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und gemütlich. Hervorzuheben ist, das man den öffentlichen PKW Parkplatz an der Straße vom Hotel einen spezifischen Schein bekommt, damit man kostenlos parken darf. Einfach nur großartig!
