Upon arrival, the receptionist was very brusque and not very nice, people have bad days I know but it was a little disconcerting when you work in customer service.
We specifically picked this hotel because it was pet friendly, and when I got there, I was told the suite I selected was the “only one that was not pet friendly”, in a condescending way. I had no idea and there was nothing on my Expedia choices to delineate which rooms were or were not pet friendly. I was put in a downgraded room, and not offered the price difference.
I was there for my anniversary and wanted the better room, but I had no choice and the receptionist treated me as if I was the idiot that had made some kind of mistake.
The new room was fine, but there were areas that were worn, see the pics of the chair and the sink. For $400 a night I expected more. The
Property was dated and looked more like a motel. The breakfast was extremely lackluster- cereal, stale bagels, and overripe bananas.
Wouldn’t recommend for the price, or the service.
