“The Rock House was perfect for mother daughter getaway. It was comfortable and clean yet quaint and historical in a perfect location.”

Everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements and an easy walk to shopping in the square. Will come again. The Peanut Bar was a favorite for bloody Marys and mules.”

The property was super clean and provided lots for six children to do even in the cold of winter when the back yard couldn’t be used. The kitchen supplied every need you could have. We loved the big dining room table.”

“Second time visiting Grinnell for conference swim meet at Grinnell college. Staying here allows us to let our daughter to nap btwn sessions. The property is peaceful and full of chirping birds. We’ll definitely be back…hoping no one discovers this gem for the same days we need it!”

“This property is absolutely fantastic! The owner was super friendly & hospitable. The interior was clean & well maintained. They didn’t spare any expense (like some VRBO’s do) on the mattress. It was super comfortable & I slept like a log. Super quiet & somewhat remote leads to a very nice stay. Take a chance on this we’ll kept secret. You won’t be disappointed.”
