False advertisement, the room was missing items from the picture, we paid for the king jaccuzi room and the jaccuzi was broken, no jets functioning and the water didn’t hold in the tub. A worker came to our room and knocked telling us no longer to use it anymore as it was leaking badly in the parking lot. We were not given a new room and was told the manager wouldn’t be there until the morning and MAYBE would give us a refund. With an issue as this it is clear that it was broken before arriving and they continued to charge us the room and give us a hard time proceeding. Expedia helped us out the best they could (thanks for that) but the hotel was none at all! Save yourself the money or book elsewhere to save the time and hassle. The hotels maintenance shouldn’t be your responsibility to work around especially when it’s claimed to be in working condition. Very disappointed, never experienced this.
