First time on arrival after a long trip, the staff made me wait several minutes before they greeted me and checked me into the room. Their conversation amongst each other was more important than a customer waiting to be checked in at 2am in the morning. Not satisfied with the level of customer service at this hotel, very poor.

False advertisement, the room was missing items from the picture, we paid for the king jaccuzi room and the jaccuzi was broken, no jets functioning and the water didn’t hold in the tub. A worker came to our room and knocked telling us no longer to use it anymore as it was leaking badly in the parking lot. We were not given a new room and was told the manager wouldn’t be there until the morning and MAYBE would give us a refund. With an issue as this it is clear that it was broken before arriving and they continued to charge us the room and give us a hard time proceeding. Expedia helped us out the best they could (thanks for that) but the hotel was none at all! Save yourself the money or book elsewhere to save the time and hassle. The hotels maintenance shouldn’t be your responsibility to work around especially when it’s claimed to be in working condition. Very disappointed, never experienced this.

Everything was perfect for a short 2 nights stay. Except needed a microwave to heat up some food. No microwave or refrigerator, you need to go 3 floor down to kitchen to warm up your coffee. In front of the hotel, street were little bit dirty to walk. Also coupon system for breakfast was weird. The cook was asking do I have my coupon even though I gave him mine.

Budget friendly you get what you pay for. Staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast included but not a lot of food choice. Room furniture is old but it was very clean. I only used the room to sleep so overall was good.

Stay was okay until I found a mouse in the basement near the food. Staff did not respond very well upon telling them and did not offer discount or to cover a night of our stay.

J'ai adoré la chambre. Mais le personnel à l'accueil n'est pas trop gentil. En plus il fallait laisser un dépôt de garantie même si j'avais dejá payé par Expedia. Et le petit déjeuner il y avait seulement du pain, même pas des oeufs ni rien pour l'accompagner. Cependant, la chambre était belle et propre.

Cependant, je suis content que vous ayez apprécié la chambre elle-même et que vous l'ayez trouvée propre et agréable. Property is not located far from the Via Rail station. It is also close to the local metro and most attractions are easy to get to via the subway and bus. The TV only had 3 channels and we not able to use Netflix or other streaming (not a smart tv). Breakfast included cereal, baked goods, and sometimes pancakes and eggs. Very limited. The fridge smelled bad because once the lights are off the power is cut.

This was our third time staying at Empire Suites. The location is great for us and rooms are very reasonably priced, the on site parking is a plus. The check in went extremely well, the young lady was very friendly and accommodating. The business room was large and comfortable, the marble bathroom was beautifully designed and luxurious. We are already planning a return visit. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Picture of the bathroom is like newly furnished, but I got a very old and small bathroom. The front desk says they can't change it because manager was not there then.
