“Très beau triplex merveilleusement situé dans une rue adjacente aux Champs Élysées. Il est dans une cours intérieure donc on est au calme et le premier metro est à juste 5min à pied. Appartement calme, propre avec tout le confort nécessaire. Merci à Georges et Charles pour leur accueil et merci pour nos amis qui ont pu rester un peu plus longtemps. Demande faite à l'improviste et acceptée sans problème. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !”

“A little miscommunivcation with the property host but we eventually got settled in after awhile. Residence was spotlessly clean and we had everything that we needed. Word of advice to travellers: use 1 means of comms with host as I think that's where probably our messages got mixed up”

It could use a little maintenance, but everything worked as needed. The host was very responsive to communication. It's next to an elementary school, so you hear kids during the day, but it's quiet at night.”

We also got recs on a nearby boulangerie. We had a midnight check in which went smoothly. Upon checking in our group could tell that we were visiting someone's home rather than a vrbo that was just bare bones. The living area/kitchen can take 10 people easily. 1 double bedroom is on the ground floor with a separate toilet and also a shower/bath room. “Patrick was an amazing host. He communicated with us promptly anytime we needed information after we booked his property. We don’t speak French. He had no issues communicating in English. He gave us an early checkin since our flight arrived in the morning and met us at the apartment. He walked us through everything and was very pleasant. Very gracious host.
