Property is off the beaten path, isolated which we liked. My husband spent hours sitting at a cabana watching the wild ocean waves crashing to the shore. They serve breakfast (fruits and jelly), and we ordered omelets for an extra fee. They also serve lunch and dinner except on Sundays. Bring SNACKs. I wish we did. It would have solved a lot of my food cravings.

This was such an incredible property. We loved how peaceful it was. It was lovely from start to finish with the greeting from the owner Isabella to the delicious breakfasts to the ocean sounds at night, beautiful cabana, we could not have been happier! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Nice stay. Accommodations were pleasant. Limited options at breakfast-fruit and pastries-with an upcharge for eggs. Dinner was extremely limited menu with no options for vegetarians so we had to venture out to eat. Brought food back but were told we had to eat in our room (with no table) because they have a restaurant (which didn’t open for an hour and a half). Pretty beach but rough and did not try to get in.

Points positifs : infrastructure très bien, piscine agréable, belle chambre avec frigo, petit déjeuner très bien et repas du soir proposé de bonne qualité. Petite structure au calme. Points négatifs : voiture nous semble indispensable car assez loin de tout, propriétaires froid, odeur de chien très présente dans les parties communes notamment au niveau du restaurant et aussi sur certaines serviettes de salle de bain.

Bonjour Sébastien et Pamela, nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié la structure du Green Lodge. nous Nous nous excusons de l'odeur des serviettes, nous ne mélangeons pas nos serviettes avec celles des chiens rincés tous les jours après leur bain de mer , dommage que la remarque n 'ait pas été faîte sur place , nous aurions pu y remédier tout de suite. Notre établissement est une pension , donc familiale et il est vrai que nous avons de bons gardiens .Désolés encore du dérangement. Oui nous sommes éloignés de la route( à 950métres exactement) ce qui rend le lieu si calme et si vous voulez découvrir seuls l'île, il est préférable de louer une voiture ce que vous avez fait en amont, ou un scooter , ou un vélo directement au Green Lodge.Nous espérons que votre séjour en Polynésie ce soit très bien terminé .Bien cordialement. Beautiful place. Very small. I'm a nonsmoker, so I didn't like that smoking was acceptable on the property. My room was near the dining area, which allowed smoking, so I was trying to enjoy my little patio but couldn't when someone was smoking right next to me. It's very quiet. Nice landscaping. Close to the water and beach. Staff was very friendly but not super available. Just plan ahead as much as possible if you need them for anything.

Very beautiful place for a quiet, relaxing vacation. Staff was very attentive. Room was rustic & beautiful. We felt very pampered. You must have the Tahitian massage!

Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen auf Moorea und Tahiti verbracht und haben währenddessen in der Green Lodge 10 Nächte übernachtet . Erstmal das Positive: die polynesischen Mitarbeiterinnen und vorallem auch die Rezeptionskraft sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Unser Bungalow war auf dem ersten Blick sehr schön, es hat eine schöne ruhige Lage, man hört das Meer rauschen und es wirkt sehr naturfreundlich, jedoch war es nicht sauber, wir hatten in der ersten Nacht eine Ameisenplage (ich rede nicht von 2-3 Ameisen, die mal hier und da krabbeln!) und die Besitzer der Anlage hat es wenig interessiert, sie haben uns lediglich Insektenspray in die Hand gedrückt - das wars. Am nächsten morgen, nachdem wir noch einmal darauf hingewiesen hatten, wurden die toten Ameisen weggeräumt, aber auch nicht alle, die Tür war selbst nach der Reinigung immer noch voller toter Ameisen. Es werden Strandhandtücher gestellt, die wir aber bei Verschmutzung bezahlen mussten (obwohl vorher gesagt worden ist, dass die Handtücher zum Strand mitgenommen und benutzt werden dürfen! Außerdem sind 45€ Reinigungskosten für 2 Handtücher, die vorher schon Flecken hatten, schon ziemlich viel..) Wir haben einen Ausflug über das Hotel gebucht, bei dem der Beginn früh am Morgen war, auf unsere Frage ob es denn möglich wäre 15 min früher zu frühstücken, wurde uns gesagt, dass dies nicht möglich ist. Desweiteren bietet das Bungalow sehr wenig Platz für Gepäck.

Wonderful stay at the Green Lodge! Super welcoming staff, very clean rooms and amazing chef. We had dinner both nights that we were there and were impressed by their cooking. This place is so beautiful and so serene that it truly feels magical.

Close to the beach is a plus but the beach around the island has alot of Corrales had to visit the Sofitel for better swimming area. I didnt like the lack of lunch or Diner option at Green Lodge had to make other arrangements at other location around Moorea.

Absolutely beautiful! The owners are wonderful and sweet. I ate dinner at the lodge one night, cooked by the owner, it was one of the best and fanciest food I had ever had, absolutely delicious!! The lodge property is like a complete vibe. It is quiet, peaceful, comfortable and just gorgeous. Even the hand soap in my room was like smelling paradise! The beach, the pool always warm and peaceful. I would absolutely recommend Green Lodge to family and friends looking to relax in paradise, walk on a long quiet beach and decompress. Just a gem!

This property is wonderful for the vacationer ready to chill out & not go anywhere. I wouldn’t suggest it for kids, or as an adventure jump off point for lots of excursions since no tour companies will pick you up at the property but make you walk 0.7 miles down a gravel road to an intersection. You cannot swim in the ocean right in front of the property due to the current being dangerous, but you can wade in a mile down the beach on either side. This is a good place for those wanting to just relax, have peace & quiet, with a lovely view. Accommodations are breathtakingly gorgeous.

Wonderful property and an excellent alternative to the mega resorts. We had everything we wanted - amazing breakfasts with fresh fruit, croissants and coffee/tea. The beach was at our doorstep. The pool was lovely and peaceful. The staff is amazing and will help with reservations ans excursions. We’d go back tomorrow.

Un lugar idílico con muchos peros
Nos hospedamos en la habitación con vistas a la piscina, y no fue lo que nos esperábamos. Está en la casa principal, donde vive la familia. Tiene entrada independiente, pero hay una puerta que comunica, se escuchan todos los ruidos y te hace sentir incómodo. Pero lo peor no fue eso, sino encontrarnos que en la habitación había algún animal, creemos que un ratón. Se escuchaba por la noche caminado y mordiendo cosas, muy desagradable. La localización es buena, pero hay que tener en cuenta que se escuchan aviones de hélices despegando y aterrizando a menudo. El restaurante del hotel estaba cerrado, la opción más cercana está a 1 km caminando, pero como la zona del hotel no está iluminada y hay muchos perros sueltos que te persiguen ladrándote, casi mejor tener coche para moverte. Como último comentario, desde que llegamos a Polinesia en todos los hoteles nos despidieron con collares de cochitas, y algunos nos recibieron con collares de flores pero aquí nada ni al llegar ni al salir. Le faltan ese tipo de detalles que te hacen sentir especial durante tu viaje.

Ia orana, Gracias por su comentario y gracias de darnos la occasion de restablecer algunos puntos. Efectivamente, tenemos 3 categorias en el lodge, que son muy claros y descrividos: los bungalows playa, los bungalows jardin y la alcova que ustedes han escogido. Si van sobre nuestro website, teneis descripcion muy detallada de las diferentes unitades con detalles de superficia, de situacion, de equipo y todo esto con fotos. Que lastima que no hayan avertido por el ruido que sospechan que sea un raton porque mi equipo hubiera hecho todo para aprovecher mejor del lodge.El lodge se situa cerca del aeropuerto de Moorea. Hay solo 3 vuelos al dia. El ruido puede ser presente pero no dura. Max 3 mn y el dia. Mi esposa y yo estabamos de vacaciones pero el bar y el restaurante estaban abiertos por el desayuno y el almuerzo, ok, no por la cena. Pero ustedes tenian un coche ! Tienen razon, hay perros pero no tanto como lo describen y no los persiguen ( estaban en coche...). El lodge se situa al este de la isla y es el hotel el tercero mas cerca ( sobre 40 hoteles) de todo. Ademas, alquilamos bicicletas, scooter y coches. En cuanto a los famosos collares de conchas para la partida o las flores a la llegada, en realidad todas las grandes estructuras lo hacen. Sin embargo, lo hemos recibido muy bien ofreciéndole un refrigerio y tomándonos el tiempo para darle todas las explicaciones necesarias para el buen funcionamiento de su estadía. Le agradecemos nuevamente por su comentario, esto nos permite mejorar nuestro producto. Sin embargo, sería deseable que un comentario sea justo y constructivo y no solo perjudique gratuitamente.
