This property reminded me of childhood summers in a cottage on Lake Michigan, even to the squeaky screen doors! It is an our of the way spot, not crowded. It is clean and quaint. They have done a great job modernizing on old in while keeping its charm. We even ordered lobster dinners from the adjacent Otter Creek Grocery, which was fairly priced and very tasty. We also ate a complimentary, continental breakfast each morning at the grocery, and they provided wood for a firepit one evening, too.
Our only negative was that, due to its age (and the fact that it's a cottage), walks at thin and we could hear our neighbors. Fortunately, the other guests were older like ourselves and more inclined to go to sleep than to party all night!
We would stay here again on a future trip.
