This is a nice hotel with great potential. The rooms (in the back) are very nicely appointed and quiet compared to those in the front of the property. There is construction going about my. They don’t tell you upon check -in so you may get stuck with a room with a boarded up window that is still very noisy.

The hotel has lovely staff, great food in Q Cafe especiallt Sadaf who makes an amazing coffee, Samson and Oliver, as well as the staff for room service. The rooms are a good size and cleaned everyday by friendly house keeping staff who are proudd of their work. There are rennovations being done at moment but will be finished soon, which will include a lovely new cafe restaurant, and sitting out area. Front desk staff so helpful and will assist with anything you need or with directions.

Although there was renovations happening whilst I was staying here, the staff are all exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Sherin on front reception is a major asset to the business! Such a kind welcoming face to the business. The wifi was a bit off and on due to the renovations ( Which we all need to understand, motels , hotels & boutiques need to be upgraded.

Great hotel
I couldn't find anything to complain about the front office very, very good, very clean rooms and bathrooms, the breakfast very, good selection very neat and clean and the room rate was good no evening dinning but room service is available the service staff great the room service food selection, quality(taste)and pricing was excellent. I am going again in December I will definitely be staying at this establishment. I was at this hotel for my dental implants please keep this standard

Mine was a short 8 hour stay to do some shopping staying close to International Airport. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and spacious. Good toiletries were provided. There is an axcellent coffee shop within the hotel.

Comfortable stay. The in-room dining service could be refreshed. Too much on Indian flair. Western breakfast is recommended. Stop putting Chilies/Spices into everything including tea.

The Bawa Suites gets 10/10 from me. They have the absolute best staff ive seen staying in Mumbai. The meals are as good as it gets 10/10. The staff are very clean and covid responsive and helpful 10/10. I highly recommend this fine place. Also has a cafe downstairs and upmarket fruit and veg store outfront. 10s all round :)

I had no real problems with my stay but one little problem who have made it except would have been a bed topper on the bed the staff tried their very best to make my bed a little softer I Higley recommend BAWA Suite absolutely spotless even have your own hand sanitizer

Our hotel stay was very pleasant. The staff are very cordial. The hotel picked up and dropped us off at the airport, upon our request. That was wonderful since we were three ladies travelling. Food was good as well along with the service. We recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay.

Staff was very nice and attentive. Decor was pleasant and room was very clean. Location was great, next to many nice restaurants. Only downfall was I booked specifically for the bathtub as Indian washrooms do not usually have one but water pressure to fill up tub was so poor It took a very long time to fill bath. Other than that everything was great and would stay again.

Enjoyable stay in a convenient location
Location is very convenient on Linking Road - some good restaurants within walking distance (10 mins). Staff were helpful and smiley and the rooms were comfortable - would definitely stay here again.Only criticism possibly is value for money - it's a bit pricey.

Good location for stay at western suburbs
Hotel is fine & location is good, but needs renovation. Also the hotel must pay attention towards the special requests mentioned while booking, this time being requirement of proper invoice with guest's complete company name, address & GST no. I had to remind after getting the same missing in the invoice received at the hotel.

Excellent staff but dated hotel
This was my second stay and really love the staff members from Suresh, Nina, Sharon and Shaikh. Hotel needs a major refurbishment as you can notice wear on a few places. Plus the Air con is old and required maintainence during my stay. Breakfast is cheap and good. Tip. Take the room without breakfast and pay the property as its cheaper that way.

Good hotel and attentive staff
Good hotel, very clean and the entire staff is very attentive and helpful. Sharon, Suresh, Neena and Shaikh were very helpful in all request. A few cons - WIFI is not shared during check in but only after 30 mins, , there is no fault of staff here as that's how the system is what I can understand.also net is pretty slow. The pillows were soft but thick and not comfortable People who have sensitive necks be wary and request for other pillow options. Apart from the above the hotel is excellent.

The service needs to be more immediate! The rooms need updating as dark, the wallpaper is scuffed. Also why do you need a rug in the rooms it’s unhygenic !

Good location if you are shopping in Linking Road.
When we arrived in Mumbai and was given an upgrade free of charge. The room was larger in size. As it was on third floor you could hear noise from High Street and the room was smelling of cigarette although when we booked we specifically asked a non-smoking room. The staff was very polite and helpful. I was able to get my sim card quickly on the following day by 3: 30 pm , which was quite handy. Usually takes 3 days to get activated whenever I travel to India. I must thank the gentleman at reception (forgot his name) who called a contact of his Mr Dilip who sorted out my Indian Sim card. The room needs a bit update, but it is well located.

Absolutely disappointing - Poor
The lift did not work. Even when it does, they stop in in some floor to help the housekeeping staff. The stairs were always blocked with daily maintenance items. They donot do proper timely maintenance. The hotel is in maintenance mode all day long. It does have that neat ambience. No proper service. Not a good choice for a pleasant stay.

Lovely start to our holiday...
The staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating. The breakfasts were lovely and with a great variety. The room service was lovely and always came quickly. Other than the confusion over the final room service bill as there was not a routine system for recording what we'd had/already paid for the service was excellent. Very happy with our stay here and would definitely come again. Great proximity to Linking Road and plenty of shopping nearby.
