Residence Frederics, stanza in affitto.
Il residence offre stanze in affitto, la nostra scelta è stata quella di una camera per due persone. Naturalmente le camera era dotata di un piccolo bagno con doccia. Nella camera era presente un angolo cottura attrezzato, il tavolo da pranzo ed il letto. La camera, pur non essendo molto grande, è risultata essere comunque confortevole. Nulla da eccepire sulla pulizia. Nell'ingresso era presente un piccolo armadio, la cassaforte e una macchina per caffè Nespresso. La dotazione comprendeva, oltre alla biancheria da letto e per il bagno per due persone, anche: posate, tazze, piatti, bicchieri, un minimo di utensili da cucina, un bollitore, un forno a micro onde ed un mini frigo. La camera era dotata di televisione (credo fosse di circa 50 pollici) e di connessione wifi gratuita. Il kit di benvenuto comprendeva, due bottiglie da 500 ml di acqua in bottiglia di vetro (una Sanpellegrino ed un'Acqua Panna), inoltre una selezione di sei cialde di caffè Nespresso (in pratica una al giorno a testa) e bustine di tè. L'entrata di fianco al residence è quella di un supermercato discount della catena "Netto", dove potete trovare il necessario per il vostro soggiorno. Nella piazza Hohenzollern (alberata con fontana al centro) ci sono due farmacie, un ristorante vietnamita, una panetteria, una gastronomia ed altri esercizi commerciali.

Esperienza positiva sia per il residence in se (qualità del servizio, confort, pulizia, servizi) sia per la posizione in quanto presenti pressoché in loco le fermate dei mezzi di trasporto (metrò, tram, bus). Certamente lo utilizzerò se torneremo a Monaco e lo consiglio a chi ha intenzione di visitare questa città.

Nice appartment hotel great location
The apartment hotel is located in one of the nicest areas of Munich, Schwabing. It is very near to the underground and surrounded by all sorts of shops. The room was very comfortable, silent and well equipped (boiler, Coffee machine and small kitchen for longer stays). A balcony with a table and two chairs was also available. I would recommend it definitely!

frequentatori assidui della città
Punti positivi: cortesia, disponibilità della reception, facilità di soggiorno, metro a 5 metri, pozione ottima con piazza pedonale all'accesso dell'albergo, buona attrezzatura per colazione privata, anche senza utilizza della cucina. Punti negativi: pulizie effettuate solo 1 volta in 5 pernotti, bagno essenziale e con dotazioni bagnoschiuma e saponi insufficienti.

L'appartamento è davvero carino, dotato di ogni comfort. Ma la vera comodità è che a due passi di numero dal portone di ingresso c'è la fermata della metro e del tram. Non si può chiedere di più.

Das Zimmer war sauber, die Lichtschalter und Fernbedienung waren jedoch leider bei der Reinigung vergessen worden. Das Badezimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Kaltablagerungen an der Duschkabine nicht schön.

Das Zimmer, Bett, großer TV, Kaffeemaschine, die Lage, U-Bahn-Station vor der Tür, Bäcker um die Ecke ist sehr positiv. Aber nachdem ich schon 3-4 Mal dort gewohnt habe, bin ich enttäuscht, dass die Küche jetzt extra zu buchen/zahlen ist. Und diesmal war das Bad enttäuschend. Das das Bad sehr klein ist, ist ok für die paar Tage. Aber der untere Rand der Duschwand war sehr stark verkalkt und schmuddelig. Mit Kalkreiniger mal richtig schrubben, eine neue Toilettenbürste und die Toilettenbrille befestigt und schon hätte ich gar nix zu bemängeln ;-)

Reservamos el apartamento con cocina y una vez ya reservado, al final de todo te pone que no entra en la reserva son 30€/dia. Los utensilios (tenedoros, cuchillos,etc estaban metidos en cajones bajo llave). El wc,pequeño y nada que ver con las fotos, además la cisterna no funcionaba bien. No pasaron a limpiar en los 5 dias que hemos estado, ni a recoger la basura, ni cambio de toallas, etc. Mucha calor en el apartamento. Te ponen 6 capsulas de cafe Nespresso gratis, una vez las gastas cada una vale 0,50 ctos. Que se compran en la recepción. Lo unico bueno que tiene es la ubicación, justo delante el metro U2 y al lado un supermercado pequeño.

Estimado cliente, antes que nada gracias por haber elegido nuestra estructura por su reciente estancia en München. Estamos sorprendido y al mismo tiempo tristes, por leer en su reseña, que no hemos podido lograr cumplir sus expectativas. Sin embargo, nos gustaría aportar alguna información respeto a la limpieza y a la cocina. Su reserva no preveía la cocina durante la estancia y, como tal, el uso de la misma viene a ser un servicio adicional. Por cuanto concierne la limpieza, también dicha información viene aclarada en todos los portales de reserva en internet donde nos anunciamos. Sentimos que en su caso, y por ambos servicios, la información no haya sido satisfactoria y que ademas haya podido crear un malentendido respeto al disfrute de los mismos. Nuestra recepción hubiese sido de gran ayuda para poder aclarar y ayudarle a sentirse mejor durante su estancia, intentando solucionar los problemas encontrados. Por último, la capsulas de café: en el apartamento, para que nuestros huéspedes se sientan más acogidos y cómodos, dejamos un pequeño paquete de bienvenida a la llegada, incluidas las capsulas de café. Consideramos que 6 capsulas sean un numero satisfactorio para los primeros días de estancia, pero una vez más, sentimos que en su caso no haya encontrado este detalle suficiente. Sin lugar a duda, nos gustaría poder hospedarle nuevamente en el futuro en nuestra estructura de München, si así lo deseara, entre otros para poder corregir la imagen equivocada que haya podido experimentar en esta ocasión. Schönes Apart-Hotel mit guter Anbindung!
Wir buchten mit Freunden 2 Nächte (je 1 App. F) über Silvester im Frederics. Der Check-in verlief schnell und problemlos. Unser Apartment war sehr sauber, gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hatte Blick in den Hinterhof. Das einzig Negative ist die Küchenbenutzung für zusätzliche 30 €/Tag. Ein Apartment-Hotel, wo man die dazugehörige Küche gar nicht nutzen kann, ist ein Unding. Bei anderen Apartment-Hotels ist die Küche IMMER inklusive. Außerdem kann man für diese 30 € zu zweit gepflegt zum Essen gehen. Restaurants in der Nähe sind genügend vorhanden. Ansonsten liegt das Hotel sehr zentral und die U2 in die Innenstadt direkt vor der Tür. In der Bäckerei WIMMER genau gegenüber gibt es eine große Vielfalt an Brötchen oder leckerem Frühstück. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es stadtauswärts entlang der Ackermannstraße und in der Borschtalle (neben Luitpoldpark). Fußläufig ist man dort in ca. 8 - 10 Minuten (900 m).

Zentral und für Frühaufsteher in Ordnung
Das Zimmer war recht groß und in sauberem Zustand. Die Appartementanlage liegt sehr zentral und man kann bei Penny einkaufen und hat eine Bäckerei gegenüber, wo ich auch gefrühstückt habe. Ich habe als Frau alleine dort übernachtet und mir kamen die langen Flure etwas unheimlich vor. Ab 6 Uhr war es auch im Hinterhof und vorne recht laut und die ersten Abreisenden mit Ihren Koffern in den Fluren waren auch sehr laut. Ansonsten würde ich vorm Preis- Leistungsverhältnis her sagen, dass es in Ordnung war.

Convenient , 2sec away (literally 3steps away ) from the station... however a bit noisy and curtains are too short . A lot of light and noise comes through during the night. Other than that quite good experience

The front desk staff promised to do light house keeping and change linens during our stay, but they did not. A lot of noise was created by the market below the apartment.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Der Zustand des Bades war sehr schlecht. Alle Silikonfugen rostbraun verfärbt, alles uralt (Dusche und Spiegelschränkchen) und keine ausreichende Beleuchtung. Das Personal bei der Begrüßung war mehr als gelangweilt...

We liked that there was a grocery store under the property, that the U-bahn and tram were at the door and so were cafes and restaurants. Nice outlook over a plaza with fountain. Very green area. Quiet and clean part of Munich.

The Metro underground station is 2 steps outside the front door. The Tram surface train station is 100 feet away. So, access to transit is really good. The rooms were clean, but the floor and walls of the elevator were dirty. Didn’t leave a great first impression as you traveled to your room.

Mega tolles Zimmer sehr modern eingerichtet, groß und freundlich alles was man braucht. Bad passt leider nicht dazu - alt und an der Decke befindet sich Schimmel! Abzug im Innenraumbad nicht vorhanden und sehr klein!
