Un po' decentrato ma il servizio impeccabile; colazione abbondante molto varia e una cortesia davvero piacevole; da consigliare.

Sehr geehrter Herr Christian..,vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für eine Bewertung unseres Hauses Zeit genommen haben - allerdings verwundert uns sehr der Inhalt, da dieser doch sehr von unseren üblichen Bewertungen deutlich abweicht und wir davon ausgingen in unserem persönlichen Gespräch alles geklärt zu haben und unsere kleine "Aufmerksamkeit" Ihnen auch gefallen hat.Selbstverständlich haben mit unserem Houskeeping das Gespräch aufgenommen.Da unsere Bettwäsche extern gereinigt wird, kann es leider ab und zu vorkommen, das vereinzelt Haare mit "eingebügelt" sind. Das ist uns leider bei der Kontrolle Ihres Bettes nicht aufgefallen und wir bitten nochmals um Entschuldigung. "Viel" ist ja ein realtiver Begriff und es liegt uns doch sehr daran zu betonen, das es vereinzelt vorkommen kann.Da Sie auch unseren Service der späten Anreise in Anspruch genommen haben, war es uns leider auch nicht möglich, den Mangel sofort zu beseitigen und Ihnen selbstverständlich ein anderes Zimmer anzubieten.Auch entschuldigen wir uns nochmals, dass der Mülleimer im Bad nicht komplett entleert war.Für uns ist jede konstruktive Kritik wichtig, hilft es uns doch am Besten unseren hohen Qualtitätsstandart zu bewahren.Herzlichen Dank und Grüße aus MünchenFam. Nice hotel at a great location
We stayed two nights to visit a family member. The hotel was conveniently located, easy parking, friendly service. We had a balcony facing the street, but it was not noisy. The breakfast was plenty. Very nice hotel to stay at.

Sehr geehrter Gast, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung und das Sie Gast bei uns waren. Leider möchten Sie anonym bleiben deshalb können wir nicht zu 100% Sicherheit sagen warum Ihnen nicht mitgeteilt wurde es bei uns das am 01.01.20 ausnahmsweise kein Frühstück gab. Ich habe alle meine Mitarbeiter darauf hingewiesen das mitzuteilen. Es kann nur sein das mein Kollege Ihnen dies deshalb nicht mitgeteilt hat da ja Gäste die über Expedia gebucht haben nie von vornherein das Frühstück dazubuchen können, diese Gäste müssen uns das mitteilen ob Sie frühstücken wollen oder nicht. Wie auch immer ich bitte Sie diesen Umstand zu entschuldigen, ich werde das nochmal mit meinem Kollegen besprechen. Wir haben einen Hinweis im Badezimmer das die Handtücher die Sie gewechselt haben wollen auf den Boden oder in die Duschwanne gelegt werden sollen. Vielleicht wurden deshalb die Handtücher nicht gewechselt. Vielen Dank aber das es Ihnen trotzdem im Ganzen gut gefallen hat. Wir hoffen, Sie bald wieder bei uns im Hotel Kriemhild begrüßen zu dürfen und wünschen Ihnen Alles Gute im Neuen Jahr !

Words can't describe how great this hotel is to stay at. My wife and I were at the end of our trip across Europe, finishing in Munich and attending Oktoberfest before heading home. At the time I booked, I was hoping to find something very close to the city center but everything was either booked or too expensive. I somehow found hotel Kriemhild, and I'm so happy that I did. This is a family run hotel and the staff makes you feel right at home from the minute you arrive. This hotel is only a 2-3 minute walk from the 16/17 tram line which is a 10 minute ride away from Munich HBF. The hotel is also about a 5 minute walk from the Hirschgarten biergarten which is where we ate our first night, and loved it. The hotel absolutely couldn't have been any cleaner. The room was very comfortable, and the great thing about not being right downtown near the Oktoberfest meadows is that it is very quiet at night outside of the hotel. Although we did not eat breakfast while we were at the hotel, it looked and smelled delicious each morning. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Munich and would guarantee that you wouldn't be disappointed.

Prettig hotel in een prima buurt en gunstig gelegen. Tramhalte dichtbij en 15 min met de fiets naar het centrum. Kamer was klein maar goed uitgerust.

Mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, personale e servizio, condizioni e dotazioni della struttura e comfort della camera
Fica relativamente longe do centro turístico, 11 estações de tram mais ou menos. A outra cama do quarto duplo era desconfortável, porém o restante do quarto era bom. Não comemos o café da manhã. O preço era em torno de 12-14 euros por pessoa.

Obrigado pela sua classificação e que você era nosso convidado. Por favor, desculpe-me que sua cama não estava confortável. É verdade que a nossa casa não está no centro da cidade. Claro que há muitos hotéis no centro, mas você escolheu a nossa casa e queria que fosse assim. muitas saudações

Very nice location. Friendly staff. Close to public transportation. Clean small rooms.
