Pessima gestione
Con l'alibi della sostenibilità ambientale, non rifanno le stanze (neanche passano a rifare il letto e svuotare i cestini) se non su esplicita richiesta. E se lo chiedi ti guardano male. Come se non bastasse hanno scritto che volevo le pulizie il 20 avento fatto il check in il 21! (un caso?) Segnalo la cosa alla reception e mi dicono, quasi con scherno: "hanno sbagliato data, vede". Come se fosse normale. Su mia richiesta viene l'addetto alle pulizie. Gli dico di svuotare il secchio e poi che userò il bagno per cambiarmi mentre lui fa la stanza. Esco e trovo la stanza così come l'ho lasciata e lui non c'è più. Il primo piano (dove ho dormito io) è un cantiere ma nessuno ti avvisa o si scusa del disagio (come avviene in tutti gli alberghi dove può capitare che ci siano lavori in corso). Nelle stanze sono spartite turtte le "amenities" (neanche un cotton fioc) e ci sono tutti i dosatori. Va bene. Meglio per l'ambiente. Ma nella doccia c'è un dosatore unico con il sapone. Già un multifunzione doccia/shampoo è un prodotto di bassa qualità (meglio due separati come fanno nei posti seri) ma addirittura il sapone??? Controllate prima di entrare in doccia. Peccato perchè la struttura è bella e la location vicino alla metro comoda. Se cambiassero gestione sarebbe un ottimo albergo. Così, meglio starne alla larga.

Cara Francesca. Grazie per la recensione Siamo lieti che tu sia rimasto con noi. Come avrete notato, la sostenibilità e la tutela dell'ambiente sono molto importanti per noi. Ciò non significa che devi rinunciare al solito servizio. Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno è un breve messaggio alla reception o tramite il software. Naturalmente il prerequisito è che venga inserita la data corretta. Saremmo lieti se ci deste presto un'altra opportunità per convincerci. Ora abbiamo completato i lavori di ristrutturazione. Soggiorno molto fortunato in quanto ho goduto di un upgrade usufruendo di un appartamento con doppio bagno, doppia camera da letto cucina e soggiorno, davvero molto spazioso, anche troppo per una singola persona. Area tranquilla nonostante ci sia il quartiere turco a poco distanza, metropolitana e treno a nemmeno 5 minuti a piedi. Unica nota dolente la colazione, che è decisamente migliorabile.

Hotel situato all’inizio del quartiere islamico, posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro. Forte odore di cibo all’ingresso (ai piani non si avverte più di tanto), camera confortevole e molto spaziosa. Se scegliete di raggiungere Monaco in macchina, assicuratevi di parcheggiare nel parking Alpina convenzionato corretto (che non è quello situato di fronte all’hotel)

Good location.
Good location. Comfortable room which was very well equipped. Unfortunatley there was an overpowering and unpleasant smell of spices throughout the hotel which I didn't like. However my room smelt fresh and the spicy smells didn't enter it.

Centrale e facile da raggiungere con il treno.
L'hotel si trova vicino a Karlsplatz, centrale e vicino alle stazioni del treno, tram e metropolitane. Tutto sommato il posto è molto tranquillo. Molto gentile e disponibile il personale dell'hotel. Non abbiamo mai usufruito del ristorante hotel, perchè per noi era piu comodo stare fuori, visto che si dispone di un'ampia scelta.Le stanze dell'hotel sono nuove, anche se per colpa di qualche incivile sulla moquette erano evidenti macchie. Tutto sommato siamo stati bene e il rapporto qualità prezzo è accettabile. Unica pecca, i cuscini del letto erano molto scomodi.

Nice hotel in Munich
The hotel is well-located, near the city center and the underground and trains stations. The staff is very kind and helpful, if you need any help, don't hesitate to ask. The room is clean but not big enough to have meals in it.

Wonderful location worth all the amendments travelers need (luggage storage, little kitchenette, microwave, washer..). It is also close to old town and walkable to the English Garden. The side street immediate next to the hotel is a bit questionable at night but the main streets are very safe. Overall we enjoyed our stays.

We had paid in advance for this property and we did read that there was no refund if we ca cancelled. Unfortunately we had to cancel as we had a sick family member and could not go to Munich. I reached out to the hotel as did Expedia to see if they would give us a credit or partial credit and the hotel said no. Not a very flexible or customer oriented way to handle business.

Rooms were very cramped and not what was advertised in pictures. We couldn’t open the closet door all the way and no room for bags. I booked a room for 4 people and at checkout he said it was a three person room. Staff office was next to our room and door was open and closed all night long. Very small kitchen and the room smelled musty. We had to plea for a card key. The wifi was terrible and we weren’t able to unlock the room via our phones. On the bright side the location is great, the lobby is nice and they have a cute courtyard.

The hotel is near to the center on a good point. To walk you have around 10-15 minutes to the Marienplatz. The rooms in the hotel was not as good as expected. Noice from other rooms, feels like it is in your room. Persons from the reception and the technical worker (repaired our radiator) was very friendly all the time. The rest was not this way.

This is a good apartment hotel in a great location but the bed arrangement we thought we were getting did not eventuate as we were given three singles instead of a double and a single. Otherwise fine.

The breakfast was very good. Real eggs and good food!! Nothing I didn't like. The man in the reception was extremely nice, friendly and welcoming, and smiled and talked to us every time we walked by. Very nice guy! We will definitively stay at this place again.
