La struttura è un normale hotel in periferia di Monaco...in generale non male. Ciò che mi ha deluso è che se l'hotel ti dà la possibilità di portare il proprio amico a 4 zampe e con la museruola non può accompagnarti a fare la colazione che hai pagato a parte nella sala colazione allora non devi dare l'ok per fartelo portare io non lascio il mio cane in camera da solo non è rispettoso verso di lui...

L'hotel è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Moosac. Il costo è elevato per i servizi offerti. Eravamo in 3 ed i courtesy kit era solo per una persona.

Assolutamente consigliato
Hotel pulito, letto comodo e grande. Stanza tripla di buone dimensioni. Bagno con set di cortesia. Colazione top...dolce e salato! Parcheggio comodo a pagamento ma forse 15 euro x una notte sono un po' troppi. Metropolitana a due minuti a piedi...tredici fermate da Marienplatz. Ci ritornerei.

Room was noisy, bathroom needs renovation, breakfast is totally not adequate for a 4 star. When I checked out I asked for a taxi and I almost missed my flight because the lady at the reception, instead of calling one of the immediately available taxi, called her “friend company". After waiting for 20 minutes I complained and her answer was:"it is your fault because you did not specify that you are in a hurry". So... You diverted my call your preferred company to be tipped when there were plant of taxi available... You did not even care to give me an ETA... I almost loose my flight because of you when there are plenty of taxi available but instead of apologizing you answer in an arrogant way telling me that is my fault??? You should not work in hospitality. I do not know the name of the lady but she was in charge of the reception this morning at 10 am. Today is 14 December 2017. Avoid this hotel if you can.

I would like to comment on this. First of all we would like to apologize for all the inconveniences. At your request on check out, the colleague has ordered a taxi from the taxi office for you. Due to the distance and the traffic, unfortunately there were some delays. Another guest ordered a taxi some time later. But since this was closer to the hotel, it came before yours. The taxi drivers in Munich are encouraged to take only the guest for whom the taxi is ordered, which is why we always provide the room number. At this point we would like to distance ourselves clearly from the charge that we have ordered a special taxi for you to receive a tip. This is not true! The colleague had tried to explain this situation to you, but she had not been given the opportunity. Buona soluzione per Monaco
Il personale e' gentile e disponibile, con la linea metro U3 si è in Marienplatz in una ventina di minuti inoltre e’ vicino a un piccolo supermercato. La camera al primo piano era molto pulita e spaziosa e con disponibilità` di wi-fi. Un ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo.

Un Hotel quattro stelle ma di vecchia concezione. Il letto ad una piazza e poco più è bocciato. Un angolo soggiorno non serve a molto secondo me. Il televisore dovrebbe essere più grande. La colazione è più che soddisfacente, ma ben pagata. La pulizia non è impeccabile purtroppo. Inoltre, ma è un'opinione personale, troppa moquette non favorisce certo l'igiene. La pulizia della camera è SEMPRE il primo aspetto, il resto viene DOPO. Personale competente e puntuale. Complessivamente, quattro stelle sottotono.

We checked into this hotel due to the airport being closed for a day due to the snowstorm. The staff were very helpful and helped us get our room ready a bit earlier as we were quite tired travelling around. In addition, the staff helped me connect with my airline as we had to rebook our tickets. The hotel is a few minutes from U and S bahn, and there are so many options for food/grocery shopping.

we (as Family) checked in on 9th Nov 2023 location is good near public transportation rooms are a bit small my room phone was not working so I have to call services or lobby by mobile or go down by myself also the heater in the toilette was not working and they didn't manage to fix it during our stay cleanliness was not the best but also not dissatisfactory my overall rating for our stay is 6/10

The breakfast was excellent and had many options. The hotel can be updated - needing new beds and bed linens. Our room was non-smoking but definitively smelled of smoke. When we checked in, the staff member at the front desk was not welcoming and made mistakes on our bill which had to be corrected by a manager. Manger was great the next day.

Schön gemachtes Hotel. Komfortable Zimmer, super Frühstück. Das Personal an Rezeption und Frühstücksraum ist super freundlich und engagiert. Auf Extrawünsche wurde super flexibel und freundlich reagiert, es wurde viel möglich gemacht.

Very good in all the way. Near the metro (5mins walk or maybe less) and have supermarket nearby to fulfill daily need. The staff especially the lady is very nice and she guides us in our trip. She makes the day!!! Thanks for the help and first choice to choose if we visit the city again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great rooms, friendly staff and excellent value for money. There are restaurants nearby and an Italian supermarket right next door. The U-bahn station is a short walk. On-site parking.
