Hotel di elevatissimo livello
Servizio e disponibilità del personale assolutamente eccellente, tranquillo e comunque in posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro città ed anche la stazione ferroviaria comoda per i trasferimenti verso l'aeroporto. Assolutamente consigliato.

se pensate di cenare in hotel preparatevi ad aspettare un'eternità. Scarsa attenzione alle esigenze di bambini, infatti abbiamo aspettato circa 1 ora per avere un wurstel con patatine.

non vale 5 stelle
è veramente deludente che un hotel del genere non abbia personale che parli almeno il francese o lo spagnolo.Non è possibile solo tedesco e inglese Ho chiesto il giornale come da servizio dell'hotel mi è stato risposto che il Corriere della sera non era possibili averlo, allora dico che il giornale che date è solo il locale. Per la verita nell'ultimo giorno 4.8.2012, a seguito delle mie rimostranze mi è stato consegnato.

From arrival we felt the hotel was excellent. Superb staff at the desk, upgraded to park view room, nice touches in the room for our daughter. Breakfast although quite expensive was superb. I’d go as far to say that The Charles was faultless…

The overall experience at this establishment was quite delightful, with a charming location and impeccable service that I would readily recommend to anyone. Upon entering our room, however, we encountered a minor hiccup as there was leftover food on the desk. A quick call to the front desk prompted an immediate and apologetic response. The staff was genuinely horrified and worked diligently to rectify the situation, providing a commendable effort to make up for the less-than-ideal welcome. While the staff's response was impressive, I did notice a lack of VIP access offers or room upgrade options during check-in. Despite having shortened our stay from two nights to one, we were assigned a classic room on the second floor with no notable view. Although I personally chose not to dwell on this, an upgrade with a better view would have been a welcomed enhancement to our experience. Nevertheless, the staff exhibited excellent training, contributing to an overall enjoyable short stay. My only qualm was the absence of any indication that this was a VIP access hotel, as no special offers were mentioned during check-in. It might be worthwhile for Expedia to cultivate stronger relationships with VIP access hotels to ensure that guests receive the anticipated special treatment that comes with such accommodations. Overall, a positive experience, but a more seamless integration of VIP perks would elevate the guest experience.

Service is inconsistent. I had to call 3 or 4 times every time I made a request, be it from Room Service, Laundry, Etc. I had an incident with a rude waitress at the restaurant and requested to speak to the manager. He never acknowledge my request and simply sent amenities to my room (as if that solves anything). Overall, the experience was so negative that I decided to leave three nights before the end of my planned stay. This hotel definitely does not conform to the standards that you would typically find in other Rocco Forte hotels. Terrible experience.

Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang und beim valet parken. Große, edel eingerichtete Zimmer, Tolles großzügiges Badezimmer, Auswahl der Speisen beim Frühstücksbuffet vielseitig und sehr lecker. Allerdings könnte der Service hier geschulter und aufmerksamer sein. Wir waren für die Angestellten unsichtbar. Weder Kaffee noch warme Speisen wurden angeboten. Wir mussten die Initiative ergreifen. Aber auch dann war alles eher einsilbig. Dennoch würde ich dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

the sauna, steamroom, pool and massage areas are only open until 8. If I am visiting Munich I am probably out shopping sightseeing and I will come back at lets say 7 p.m. So I would have only 1 hour to use the spa pool book a massage, that dissapointed me a lot. I ended up never using the sauna,pool areas. I booked this hotel because of their sauna and pool. :(

Disappointing not a typical Rocco forte group hotel . The location is scary I felt like I was going to get robbed . Beware before booking !
