Well it’s your opinion, but I will spend more time for you and replay: 1. You arrive on Saturday 5 of Augus. It’s a bussiest months in a season. 2. You informe us on Sunday what aircon works but don’t cooling 100%. 3. I personally came on Monday and bring two portabal aircons to the property for you. 4. Told you what it’s very hard to get aircon man in august, but I manage to book him urgently, event it’s cost me extra charge. 5. You forgot to tell in you complain what every room have a fan instoled, whit reason if aircon calls a problems, but you told you don’t want to jusit and it’s your desision. 6. I offer my other property, nice villa, for you stay for a little exstra charge, but you didint excepted. 7. Falloving day I arrive again whit aircon man and we finde the problem, yes he can’t fix that evening but he come fallowing day and reappear it. 8. You tallking about discomfort, but when you ask me for a baby cot and I told you, what i have one in villa, but it will cost you only 50€ to pay to delivery guy ( I don’t have a van to do transportación), you prefer to safe 50€ instead confort of your child. From my point we did all posible to fix and make your stay comfortable. And to finish, stop waisting time to staging people and Appreciate what it was done for you. Next time stay in 5 star hotel, becose you not be wellcome in our apartment.
