Beautiful ocean front balcony with kitchenette. Room was clean, but ceiling near fridge had water stains and a slow drip. Great place for kids with indoor & outdoor pools and jacuzzi. Well organized with easy parking.

Hôtel vieillissant et loin du centre. Il faut absolument prendre l’auto pour se rendre aux centres d’attraction principaux. Notre chambre était sale, la ventilation très bruyante. Ça sentait fort le weed à tel point que nous avions l’impression de dormir avec une moufette. Le lit était inconfortable, craquait et le matelas creusait. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel.

Lady at the reception was talking like a machine, too fast for anyone to understand, when checking in. Facilities, pool etc was pretty yucky too be honest. Dirty looking pool , very merky, send that their filters don't work. What a shame. Not much chlorine in the water either. My kids seem sick now after swimming in it. Clean your pools please!!

Bonjour J`aime beaucoup cet endroit. C`est la deuxième fois que nous y allons, on avait demandé la chambre de l`an passé et on a eu la chambre d`à côté très content . Le seul inconvénient pour nous on aimerait qu`il y ait au moins une personne bilingue pour répondre à nos demande ce n`est qu`un petit détail. Nous sommes heureux de notre voyage .MERCI !

Very outdated, broken drawers in the kitchen, found hair in the drawers with the silverware, so definitely does not get cleaned. Floors were filthy, had to keep shoes on to keep our feet from turning black, sliding door was broken, toilet was broken. Entire place is dated and could use a renovation and deep cleaning.

Beautiful property with excellent restaurants for breakfast, dinner, and drinks. Enjoyed the oceanfront views, amenities, and ambiance. We were a couple celebrating a birthday and an anniversary with no kids. I was worried about this but we had a very quiet and romantic vacation!! The condo was immaculate and the views were stunning. Highly recommended resort!

Truthfully, my husband and I love Dunes Village - we make it a priority to stay here every time we come down. It’s convenient, clean, and fun too! The pools inside and out make it a one stop shop if you don’t want to swim in the ocean. The hot tubs are fabulous. There’s even a restaurant in the hotel if you don’t want to go anywhere. The front desk called us several times throughout our stay to check in and see how things were going and if we needed anything. We ended up renting a car this time around and parking was safe, secure and easy in their parking garages. — basically, can’t wait to be back next year!

I used to stay at the Dunes when I was a child. The last time I stayed there was in April 99. The property has made many great improvements since then. As an adult now, I enjoyed how big the rooms were, the location of the hotel and the how beautiful the beach is. I would and have recommended this place to others. I plan to return next year and moving forward will more than likely make this an annual trip.

Didn't like that housekeeping didn't change the sheets on either bed. Other than that the stay was awesome.

Hallways were always littered with towels and face cloths. Carpets were very soiled. Elevators were very dirty. The grounds around the pools were kept very neat and manicured. The beach also was very clean. Staff was very nice housekeeping up in the rooms. Just need to be improved. The beds were extremely hard, but we didn’t spend much time but sleeping each night. Beds are hard as a rock. We even switched rooms after the first night and the room we went to also suffered the same hard beds and very dated furniture

This property was right in the middle of it all. We had a beautiful view from our room of the beach and the pools. My daughter absolutely loved the indoor water parks. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. I look forward to bringing the rest of my family next time.

Amenities were great for kids, room was big to accommodate our 5 person family and direct access to the beach was fabulous! However the room and property were absolutely filthy. I’ve never been in a dirtier hotel room. The pull out coach blanket had crusty spots and dirt and hair on it. There was actually a cockroach in our kitchen one morning! There weren’t enough towels for all guests in our room and it would be nice if the kitchen had at least one roll of paper towels or napkins

Booked a weekend stay with my 7yr old daughter. She had an amazing time, loves all the water options from pools to lazy River to water slides. Also easy access to the beach. Oceanfront balcony was amazing!

It was presented a little more as a resort than what it was. Great for people with kids from 4-13. Water park on ground floor of hotel. LOTS of kids/ people using water park. If you’re looking for rest and relaxation check other places without a water park :)

Older property needs updating. Website pictures do not accurately reflect facilities. Kids in pool being very loud until late in the night & running up & down breezeways. Otherwise stay was fine. Great view of the beach & great location. Staff was friendly & helpful.

Nice property. Only negative is parking, especially if you need handicap parking. There aren’t enough handicapped spaces. Very good customer service though!

We booked last minute and they were able to accommodate and upgrade us at no charge. Very friendly. Great bar inside and out. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend! Would go back for sure!!

My kids had a lot of fun which is why I chose this hotel over the others. I like that there was something for them to do when it wasn't so nice outside to be on the beach.
