In addition to the creepy atmosphere as a whole, the room was very dated and it advertised as having a restaurant m, which it did not have. Nearest place for breakfast was 3 blocks away.

Set up of one bedroom condo is well done and is always clean. I stay here once a month while travelling for work. Staff is always friendly and very responsive if there is any issue.

My family absolutely loved this property. It was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Parking deck is conveniently attached to the rooms and the pool, lazy river, and hot tub were fun.

The property was clean however the area wasn't the best. Plus the bathroom smelled like smoke and after we informed the manager they started because they told us we could switch rooms (which was after 3 kids unpacked and took showers etc) And we declined there was nothing else they could do. It irritated us to the point we would never stay there again. But PH-2 was nice. It was a 3 BEDROOM 3 BATHROOM CONDO. It sleeps 10 but I only took my immediate family for a quick weekend getaway.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. Please know that we have a strict no smoking policy and that all reports of smoking are taken seriously. The front desk did offer to move you the night you checked in as this was the best option available for such a late arrival and we do not have housekeeping here after 11pm. Your room was inspected by the housekeeping manager the very next morning and although housekeeping could not find any evidence of this, they did treat the room as if there had been. After this occurred we had no further reports of the smoke smell. When you mentioned it at departure, management did state that we were happy to assist and that since you had declined to move and the issue taken care of the very next day that we could not apply a discount as all solutions had been declined. We take all complaints seriously and do our best to rectify any issues. We thank you for choosing the Grand Atlantic Resort.

We just finished several major projects before your stay including new landscaping and murals our front. We also have plans for the pool area coming soon. There is a restaurant right next door that is open year round. Next time you are here, stop by the front desk and we will be happy to provide you with quick options near by.

We went to the beach on a spur of the moment…. The Grand Atlantic Resort was very nice!!! Customer service was great, the condo was very clean and the view from the 18th floor was awesome!!! First time staying there and sure we will go back again. The only thing I think needed done in this unit is the living room furniture needs to be updated to more comfortable….. the couch and chairs were not comfortable…. Otherwise, it was very well furnished with dishes and towels. Nice trip for the weekend

Wasn’t bad just needs some upgrades. The bed was nice. The air conditioning was falling off the wall. The back of the curtains had holes in them and needed replaced. The shower drained needed replaced. The back of the hair dryer look like it was rusted

Just OK
Was down for one night for a college tour with my teenager and literally only slept there. We did not use the pool or walk down to the beach (instead went down to the boardwalk area) so I am only commenting on the room. I am not sure if there are rooms that are newer, but we were on the 2nd floor. Cleanliness was excellent. Room was definitely old. A/C was loud all night. Beds were not at all comfortable. Bathroom was updated it looked like in the past couple of years so that was fine. Large room.

Thank your for sharing with us Karin. We certainly appreciate the recognition of our housekeeping department for providing a clean room. They work hard and love to hear when guests comment. The Grand Atlantic is primarily an oceanfront condo resort. The unit type that you booked is our partial view studio and is our version of a budget friendly hotel style room. These rooms are great for shorter stays where you don't need all that our full condos have to offer. Should you return and plan on staying a few nights or longer, we highly recommend choosing an oceanfront condo. They are complete with all the conveniences of home including full kitchens, washer\dryers and of course the oceanfront balconies for direct ocean views!
