Fantastico soggiorno
Siamo stati ospiti di questa bellissima struttura per una settimana, datata ma ben tenuta. L'accoglienza è stata efficiente e cordiale. La camera era semplicemente perfetta, grande al punto giusto, il letto molto comodo, molto tranquilla, abbiamo riposato benissimo. Il bagno era grande e tenuto veramente bene. La colazione al mattino era veramente super, abbondante e variegata, potevi spaziare dal dolce al salato senza problemi. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti. Ci torneremo sicuramente. La zona a mio avviso è la piu bella è particolare dell 'Olanda.

Fijn hotel voorzien van alle gemakken.
Mooie rustige locatie, schone kamers en leuke omgeving. Het personeel is zeer attent en vriendelijk Parkeren is geen enkel probleem; voldoende plekken.

In tegenstelling tot mijn eerdere overnachtingen in hetzelfde hotel was het deze keer minder goed. Het fruit bij de roomservice was niet vers, de rekening van mijn roomservice klopte niet en het Nespresso koffieapparaat op de kamer werkte niet.

Prima hotel. Ik vond het bed lekker liggen en de kamer was goed schoon. De badkamer heeft een klein, smal bad waar je ook in moet douchen, voor mensen die wat minder mobiel zijn wel een nadeel en zo'n smal bad is ook wat ouderwets. De ramen aan de straatzijde zijn niet geluidsdicht, waardoor je wat straatgeluid hoort. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid, voor de prijs miste ik alleen de verse jus. Al met al zou ik er voor een zakelijke aangelegenheid zo weer heen gaan. Een kleine laatste tip: versnel het incheckproces drastisch, duurt veels te lang.

Really poor service
Pretty grumpy staff. Arrived late due to delayed flights. Restaurant closed but wouldn’t give us anything and nothing nearby. Recommend Uber Eats which took 1.5 hours, went back to reception to ask if Uber is relatable. A new member of staff on shift said no we all use a different app but would I like them to make me a sandwich?!? YES!! The bar closes when they like. Second night I asked for a beer at 1030, sorry bar is closed. So I asked why they close early and the answer was ‘we always close at 11’. Yes but it’s 1030? Same happened to another English girl trying to get a drink after me. Perhaps it’s an anti-English thing?! Anyway, overall the staff were plain rude and the room was bang average. No were a 4 star just in the service alone. Will not stay again but unfortunately it’s the hotel my local office recommend. I’ve told them to find other options

Very pleasant hotel in a beautiful affluent area. Room was comfortable if a little small and no-frills. Breakfast was outstanding.
