The standard room was a bit small - but ok for a single occupant. Would be crowded for two. Internet wasn't fantastic at times. Other than that, everything else was fine. Very clean, well maintained. Service was good and so was the food. I would stay here again.

Not so good hotel
Nice stay, but hotel is old and has an unpleasant smell.

Would stay again, comfortable hotel, friendly staf
Positives: staff are so nice! I was there a few days so everyone began to recognize me and it felt really friendly. Food is good, a lot of Kenyan dishes, but with some international. While I didn't have any cold salads, I ate all of the cut fruit and was fine. Gym is a proper gym, which I really appreciated, not just two or three treadmills with free weights. There is a mirrored exercise room with classes, a full set of free weights, weight machines, several treadmills, and plenty of space to move around. Mattress is really firm, which I liked. Nice sitting area around the pool. If you're working with the ministry of health or kenyatta hospital, etc, it's a great location and easy to walk to places you need to go. However, there is not a lot else within walking distance. Negatives: dinging just a little bit because for some reason my room didn't have a mosquito net or a mini fridge (which was odd because both my colleagues booked a similar tier room and had both). I called housekeeping for a mosquito net and they quickly brought on though. I wish Wifi had been much stronger - making skype calls and work meeting calls was a little difficult at times.

Good hotel. Clean & nice staff. My only complaint would be the bed. Bed was pretty hard. My room was a little small. Otherwise good stay.

Staff is very attentive and helpful. Hotel quickly handled an issue with room. Also the daily call from the front desk to see if everything was satisfactory and was needed was a very nice touch.

Good for biz travel stay in Kenya.
First time travel to Africa and Kenya. Room is clean like the big mosquito net (but never see or hear a mosquito). Breakfast is rich and nice. Only thing not satusfied is the smell from wood floor.

Comfortable and friendly hotel not far from centre
Silver Springs is located away from the city centre but conveniently for the nearby hospitals and not too far from the airport or National Park. It was built some years ago and has an odd lay-out meaning that almost every walk from A to B in the hotel has to go via the swimming-pool and restaurant. However it was not very busy when I was there so this was not so much of a problem. The rooms are fine, clean, well-furnished and with adequate, if not brand new, bathroom facilities. I also found the staff unfailingly polite and helpful.

short but sweet
Spent a short night here before flying out of Wilson Airport the next morning. Checking in was a breeze and the staff were friendly and efficient. We really appreciated that they were able to arrange an early breakfast at 5:30 am for us before we left!

Solid place to stay
A good spot if you're going south to Karen and beyond (cuts out CBD traffic), and enjoy some of the Upper Hill and Community areas (both walkable). The gym is really nice, and the swimming pool, though small, is a bright spot. Rooms are well-apportioned and modern, bathrooms are especially nice, and bedding is cloud-like. Breakfast in the morning is fine - nothing to write home about, but does the trick. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Peaceful haven in an otherwise busy Nairobi
Even though in Nairobi in transit for only 10 hours, I wanted to find a comfortable place to grab at least a few hours of sleep. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful from the minute I arrived until my departure. They printed out my airplane e-tickets, set me up w/ Internet and provided me w/ the odd adapters that they use in former British colonies, retrieved extra water bottles for me, set up a wake up call, and sent me off at 5 a.m. in my taxi w/ a large boxed breakfast since I had to leave just as the breakfast buffet was opening. All of the staff were professional, kind, helpful, friendly, and in general, understood the notion of 'client services' (which is often not the case in many places).

Gem in the city
Spent 7 nights here while securing longer-term housing. Comfortable hotel, great staff, great breakfast buffet, excellent fitness center, and very good business center. The neighborhood is ho-hum, but it was walking distance to Kenyatta Nat'l Hospital, other hotels, and not too far from CBD. The taxi rank is excellent, too. For the price point, you get a really good bargain. Five-star service at a discount.

Fine for business
The internet connection was fast enough for Skype calls in rooms and common areas. I was upgraded upon arrival, which was lovely, so thank you! The room was large and quiet, but the bed was super hard, and the hairdryer fell apart when I touched it. Overall, this was a comfortable hotel, and I would go back. Its pricey for what it is, but then again, all hotels in Nairobi are!

Excellent room, service, staff, restaurant and price. It was exactly what we were looking for. The surrounding neighborhood isn't very exciting, and walking around birdwatching generates lots of stares.

要求部分として以下にあげます。　フロントのスタッフの早く行うという意識がないのでは？かなり待たされました。２２４号室は、鍵が開けにくく、入るたびにスタッフを呼ぶという結果でした。部屋のアメニティとしては、“スリッパがない”“ドライヤーが一部壊れている”“ｺﾝｾﾝﾄが入りにくい”などあげられます。　　フロント以外のスタッフはいろいろフォローしていただきありがたかったです。食事もおいしかったと思います。

Das Hotel ist typisch für Geschäftshotels in Afrika, gute Erreichbarkeit aller Regierungsbehörden, sehr gute Security, Parkplatz groß und organisier. Das Essen ist auf ordentlichem internationalen Standart ehr englisch geprägt. Große Zimmer, schöne Betten, Klima und Wasserversorgung auch Warmwasser ständig gut verfügbar. Für Geschäftsreisen zu empfehlen.

快適なホテル
タウンの中心にある大規模なホテルではありませんが、その分、スタッフの皆様も親しみやすく丁寧なご対応をしていただきました。日本から到着したばかりの息子夫婦もゆっくりと過ごせたようです。また、当初の2部屋の予約に対して1部屋しかとられていなかったそうですが、解決するまでの6時間の間、マネジャーのご判断で仮部屋をアサインしていただき、大変助かりました。朝食のメニューも豊富で、また今後も利用したいと思います。
