Casamatta e’ una magnifica sistemazione, centrale, comoda per visitare il centro storico di Napoli e ben servita. L’appartamento e’ arredato con buon gusto, silenzioso e spazioso. Ottimo e veloce il check-in e colazione abbondante e con possibilità di scelta anche per chi come me e’ intollerante al glutine. La consiglio vivamente e se tornerò a Napoli la terrò in considerazione. Grazie

Il b&b è perfetto per visitare il cento storico di napoli tutto è raggiungibile a piedi passeggiando, camera bella, pulitissima e arredata con gusto. Una menzione speciale per la proprietaria Ida che si è resa disponibile dandoci tantissime info e consigli per la visita della città.

Armonia di gusto.
Organizzazione e gestione perfetta! Attenzione a ogni piccolo particolare, ambienti di cui è stata rispettata e riportata alla luce la bellezza, che sono stati organizzati in maniera moderna e funzionale e arredati con gusto. Confort e pulizia eccellenti. Colazione con dolci tipici e prodotti preparati con cura e gusto, carichi della bontà derivante dalla attenta ricerca della soddisfazione del cliente. Posizione comodissima per raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione in città. Simpatia e cortesia impagabili. Saremo sicuramente ancora vostri ospiti. Grazie!

Inconspicuous outside, hidden gem on the inside. This is a lovely, modern and well, thought out B&B. The host was lovely and the breakfast simple, good quality and plentiful. Comfy bed and right in the historic centre of the city. It was surprisingly quiet considering the hustle and bustle of the area. I would stay there again.

Beautifully decorated rooms and ours had a balcony. Convenient location for restaurants and to get a taxi to the airport. Helpful host who arranged a very early breakfast for us on our date of departure and also booked a taxi at a good rate for us which was very much appreciated.

Very sweet bnb in the middle of Naples. Not ideal for elderly or disabled because of the stairs and moving luggage up and down. Our host was very kind and did his best to prepare us before our arrival in our rental car (not recommended to drive to Naples interior).

It was a large clean apartment and the cleaning/morning breakfast staff were very nice and helpful. I guess where they could improve would be much greater flexibility dealing with guest requirements. For example, provide easier means of communication post 1pm, when staff apparently leave the premises for the remainder of the day (none of this was communicated orginally upon check-in). Also, if breakfast in the morning is difficult to attend due to early morning tour commitments, greater flexibility with providing a small breakfast hamper replacement to the room. Don't just tell the guest you must inform us by 1 pm the previous day or it is too late to arrange anything for you. Most guests aren't even aware of the 1pm arrangement. The accommodation felt like it was largely operated by remote control by the owner/manager. A little more hands on management would be better and more helpful for guests. The premises itself was very nice inside and spacious - however a very long haul of luggage up a multi-floor staircase was a bit if a hard slog.

Hello and thank you for the review.However, I wanted to make some clarifications. The day before check-in a written text is sent to the guest indicating the breakfast times. Normally guests who are unable to do it at those times notify us and we leave a basket in their room.We are not a hotel and therefore we do not have a 24-hour reception, but we try to be very helpful with guests in the same way, in fact I organized a tour for the coast at your check-out.As I wrote later, he left without paying the tourist tax, which is also written in the text sent before check-in and which I also reminded her during her stay..After her check-out I contacted her to remind her of the non-payment but she never answered me, although in the previous days she called and wrote me numerous times to meet her travel needs regarding tours, information and guided tours.

This property is just amazing. Don’t mind the old building because once you are inside Casamatta you feel you are in a modern and stylish world. The breakfast terrace is an oasis and their coffee is amazing. Not only this property is incredibly clean, convenient and excellent but the owners and staff are beyond incredible. The day we were leaving Napoli there were no taxis due to an unexpected taxi drivers strike. Massimiliao kindly drove our big suitcase on his motorcycle to the rent a car place were we we’re heading so we did not have to haul it. Not everyone does that. We had a great time at Casamatta and we are extremely grateful. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Acertaras seguro.
Un servicio excelente, detalles de bollos tradicionales en el desayuno con un patio precioso. Diseño nuevo, moderno y limpio. Ubicación inmejorable. Sin duda repetiría y lo recomiendo.

From our first contact with staff to book a taxi from the airport to the final goodbye we couldn't be more impressed. The welcome to the B&B was warm & friendly with coffee & water being offered. The owner told us about good restaurants & places to visit. She later messaged us all the details so we didn't forget. Our room, Mai Tai was small but perfect. It is a mansionette room with the bathroom, fridge (sadly this wasn't working) Table & chairs on the ground floor, then up the stairs to a king size bed, which was so comfortable!! There is air con, radiators and a large window. Breakfast is an Italian help yourself buffet, which in les, coffee, tea, juice, pastries, cakes, biscuits, fruit & yoghurt. We just had the local pastries, which were to die for. The B&B is located near to the streets which are full of restaurants & Street food. We will be back on out next visit to Naples.
