I would chose it again
Hotels are quite expensive in this area. This one, though not cheap, was acceptable. It is conveniently located as I had a car and wanted to visit Naples and do some shopping at the Outlets, with free parking. Rooms are comfortable, not new but still in good shape and very clean. Bathroom is spacious and supplied with soaps and creams. Breakfast is included, don’t expect anything super but it’s good, and you have coffee, hot water as well as aromatized water all day long.

Vacanze in Florida
Hotel molto comodo da raggiungere dall'autostrada, vicino a centri commerciali e ristoranti. Stanze ampie e confortevoli, letto comodo e pulizia impeccabile. Personale al desk, sia al momento dell' arrivo che della partenza, molto gentile e premuroso. Colazione compresa nel prezzo, ottima e abbondante. È' sicuramente un hotel da consigliare.

The air conditioner filters were clean. But the shower pressure was terrible .The iron didn’t work . And the room even with all the lights on was very dark . But the room seemed clean . The man that checked us in was very helpful. and very nice .

Many semi-trucks park on lot at night. The breakfast was very average. Eggs were very limited. Breakfast wasn't very good.

We stayed for 6 nights. Our room was fine … typical hotel room. The staff were generally personable and helpful. The breakfast needs work. For 4 of the 6 nights there was no half and half for coffee and the fruit was mostly rotten. I expected much better for the price I paid.

Sweet Dreams
The beds & pillows were VERY comfortable. There was a free breakfast but can't rate because I didn't try it. No free Wi-fi without signing up for a free membership....no thanks on that! Pet friendly - a dog was barking on the 1st floor for hours....we were on the 3rd floor and still heard it, but drowned it out with the TV!

Included breakfast was good and services adequate. Had a minor issue with the electrical charger that overheated and stopped working on pur last day. We were assured it would be taken care of rapidly.

The only negatives I encountered were noise from the hallway and/or next room. The young lady that was monitoring the Front Desk is VERY unfriendly/sour faced. This occurred each time I interacted with her. The gentleman on the night shift was very pleasant and through.
