Like family, amazing hostel
If you are looking for a great place to stay in southern Italy, come to the Naples Experience Hostel! It is the most welcoming hostel I've been to. It's very clean and new, and a great atmosphere with really nice and interesting guests. It's a family-run hostel: Alessandro (the owner), and often his mom, cook an authentic Italian dinner every night and his dad makes delicious homemade wine. His dad also offers a tour of Pompei and Vesuvio by car for a good price, which is definitely worthwhile because it's easy to get there and Pompei is amazing. There is staff available 24 hours a day, every day, and everyone is really nice and easy to talk to. They are expanding the place, and starting in the spring there will even be a private pool. There is also a garden outside with fresh citrus fruits to eat and juice. It's clear that the owners care a lot about the hostel and have a lot to offer about Naples. Naples Experience hostel is a very special, communal place to stay while in the city, and I highly recommend it!

We definitely recommend it :) The welcoming is very warm and you'll make new friends for sure ! Really appreciate the pasta dinner with everybody each night You can count on the staff and especially Alessandro who's doing everything to make you comfortable :)

Everything there is perfect, the people who work there are very friendly and you can meet a lot of people from different countries, yesterday was my second time in this hostel and I think every time I'll come to Naples I will sleep here .

The property was functional at best. The bed was dirty and the toilets werent very clean either and I was given a room in an all men dorm instead of female/mixed one. The staff made us wait for check in. The shuttle to centre was too small for the people who wanted to go and therefore had to wait very long and a very inconvenient ride too.

Great Hostel! the atmosphere is amazing. There are shops nearby even some good Restaurants. They offer a shuttle service to the City center wich works perfekt and even do free dinner. The rooms are also quiet nice and clean 👍 The Staff is Amazing, they really want you to have a nice stay. breakfast is awesome too, i will definitly come back in the future. Idéal courts séjours
Bonne auberge de jeunesse, idéal pour rencontrer du monde. Un peu loin du centre, des navettes en voiture organisées par le staff permettent de rejoindre le centre facilement. L'équipe est très serviable et bienveillante. La pièce commune pourrait être plus confortable mais cest suffisant. Nombreux services: Table de ping pong, grand baby foot, écran plat, jeux de sociétés. Cuisine équipée. Possibilité d'acheter bières et vins sur place. Machines à laver et sèche linge Petit bémol, la propreté des toilettes n'est pas parfaite mais cest surtout à cause des hôtes qui ne sont pas respectueux car le ménage est fait tout les jours et proprement. Rapport qualité-prix imbattable à Naples.

This hostel was so cool! The staff was so kind and friendly. The room was also very nice. They offered great personal touches that I’ve never seen before. The only issue was with the wifi connectivity.

This hostel is bare bones. Bunks are rickety, mattresses very uncomfortable, no privacy or security (most hostels have curtains on the bunks and dedicated lockers for each bed - this place doesn’t). Exterior Lockers were very small. Not large enough for your backpack. There was black mold in the women's showers.

Hi Kaitlyn, thanks for spending your time to write this review, we're sorry if you didn't appreciate our bunks and matteresses, however security is our highest priority: we have cameras everywhere, guests can use our small lockers for free and the storage room for bigger luggage. We do weekly activity maintenance, we never saw or nobody never complained about this mold. We hope to see you again.

I arrived at property and was escorted to another location for the nite … no problem as I had to get up early to fly to Palermo . I arranged for a pickup to airport at 5 am the next day and they arrived exactly on time . Location of hotel is not the great but convenient for airport

A warm welcome, correct payments dealings, good advices, helpful personnel, generally very clean and pleasing environment :-). If I should recommend something, that would probably be considering a wider range of meals and drinks offered. But I understand that these (post-)corona times are not easy, especially for tourist industry. Overall I highly recommend! Thank you all, Pavel J.

The distance is as described. Check in was with relative ease, as with any hostel there was hub of activity. Dinner looked and smelled amazing and wonderful option for the price, Apart from that, I don’t know what time curfew is, but people were laughing and talking loudly well past 2330. One would anticipate a degree of courtesy for other travelers who are trying to sleep, especially at late hours. Of course I know this is sometimes beyond managements control, but if posted clearly as an expectation it would change the review. A top bunk was only available but there was no way to access the top bunk except to precariously climb on the back railing or over the edge (if your tall and younger this is probably easier done). The shower with steady water stream was great, but women’s bathroom was on the 2nd floor and stairs made it rather difficult to navigate, not to mention if one has to get off the top bunk in the middle of the night and safely proceed up dark tile steps. Naples is dirty as I remember from a previous visit, but if future travel requires a stay there, I don’t think I will revisit this hostel.

素敵なスタッフ揃いのホテルです。
全てのスタッフの方が親切に対応してくれました。 パスポートを盗まれた私にチェックアウト時朝食を作ってくれたり、ローマ大使館へ行くというとローマのホステルを紹介してくれました。 とても素敵なホテルです。

The hostel is located close to the airport (25 mins walk). The city centre is about 3 km away. I liked the vibe of this hostel. They have an outside are for guests where you can socialize and play table football or table tennis. They organize karaoke and cocktail nights. The place is not very quite as the traffic calms down only for two hours during night time so ear plugs are a must have if you have a sensible sleep. Not all the rooms have AC so if you cannot sleep if is too hot then you have a problem. But on top of all of this, I would stay tere again, I suggest for the owner to put some hangers in the shower room, as there I could not find any. Basicly I had to put my belongings on the floor while I had a shower.

Ужасный хостел. Грязно. Вся мебель старая и требует даже не ремонта а замены. Диваны как будто только что с помойки. Душевые маленькие и без вешалок, то есть нужно прийти туда либо сразу голым, либо раздеться прямо внутри маленькой душевой кабины и сложить свои вещи сверху на дверь, которые обязательно упадут на мокрый пол. Нет полок для предметов первой необходимости, нет ящиков для хранения личных вещей. Гардероб для обуви это только название, потому что это просто ряд полок на которых друг на друге лежит куча обуви. Воду горячей нет, мойся под холодной. Чтобы попить чай или кофе надо вскипятить воду или в кастрюле или в микроволновой печи. Со своим алкоголем нельзя, но можно купить его у них. А в трезвом состоянии в этом хостеле находится невозможно. Кровати похожи на тюремные. И самое интересное, если тебе досталось место на втором ярусе, то тебе надо приставать лестницу чтобы туда попасть. Из приятного только персонал который каждый день меняется, предполагаю что это англо говорящие постояльцы которые хотят пожить бесплатно. Не понимаю откуда такой высокий рейтинг. Считаю что накрученный.
