“The responsibility for this rating is mostly due to mismanagement by Orbitz. We booked this property months in advance. Upon our arrival the hotel did not know of our booking. I had to call Orbitz, international call charges, to resolve the matter. Since the hotel did not know of our booking they had to scramble to find rooms. We were put in the basement were there was a faint smell of sewage in the halls. This was a Greek vacation, booked months in advance and we were put in the basement!”

It wasn’t clear when booking, that the second bed in the room was a mezzanine, but we managed to get used to the staircase. “Siamo stati ospiti in questa struttura per una settimana e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ambiente pulito, accogliente. Il titolare è molto gentile e cucina dolci buonissimi che abbiamo proprio gradito. Il letto matrimoniale era comodo, quello sul divano meno ma non è stato un gran problema. “Ho soggiornato presso lo studio Naxos la prima settimana di agosto, appena arrivati, i due proprietari molto gentili sono venuti a prenderci al porto e sono stati così gentili da farci fare il "giro turistico" della città per arrivare allo studios. La stanza era molto pulita, in una posizione davvero perfetta. Non ci è mancato proprio nulla. Prima o poi tornerò sicuramente a Naxos e sceglierei ancora questo studio”

“Nikos and his wife were the most wonderful hosts!. Nikos picked us at the port and his wife welcomed us with homemade lemonade and explained the town and sites to see. The property is beautiful and spotless. We appreciated the fresh fruits left for us in our room and the homemade bread. We had an amazing vacation and we look forward to coming back. It is also well located. Grocery and bus stop are 5 min walk. On our departure, Nikos dropped us to the ferry. Highly recommend.”

"Struttura gradevole vicino al centro. Personale estremamente gentile. Buona la colazione ,bella la camera e bene insonorizzata Per raggiungere reception e camere ci sono scale non comode per i bagagli, abbiamo trovato lavabo poco pulito. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene ma, hotel di questo tipo non possono essere NON dotati di bidet."
