The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and the breakfast is generous. They helped us organize our balloon trip and answered all our questions. I recommend staying in this place.

Excellent facilities and great breakfast. Other than the people at reception who do a hard sell on tours and force you to give them good ratings, the location, facilities and access to restaurants and shops is excellent for the price.

Emre is a great manager of the hotel. Waited for us to check in till 9:30pm and gave us lots of information about tours before we arrived and after we checked in.Zara’s breakfast is very nice. Staffs in the hotel are all very nice and helpful. Recommend Zara to all who are looking for a nice place to stay in Goreme! Btw, they have nice balcony to shoot balloon photos in the morning.

The room of the property was just wow. We had no issue with the heating of the room and shower despite coming in the winter seasons. Highly recommended.

The staff was very friendly upon arrival and knowledgeable of the areas around Cappadocia! Very accommodating with holding onto our luggage after checking out and calling for cabs whenever we needed. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing cave hotel with a beautiful view of the hot air balloons, this is wonderful.

Her şey inanılmaz güzeldi! Yabancı iki arkadaşımla beraber 2 gece kaldık. Odalar ve otel son derece temizdi. Oda 3 kişi için oldukça büyük ve rahattı, banyo malzemeleri, mini bar kısmı eksiksizdi. Kahvaltılar inanılmaz güzeldi. Çalışanlar son derece ilgili, güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Otelin bir çok terası var ve her terasından balonları seyredebiliyorsunuz. Aynı zamanda otelin konumu da oldukça iyi etrafta bir çok restaurant, hediyelik eşya dükkanı, cafe vs var. Kapadokya turu ve türk hamamı için de yardımcı oldular ve çok memnun kaldık. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz, bir dahaki sefere de kesinlikle burada kalacağız.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views
Wonderful and beautifully maintained hotel with great customer service. Rooms are caves which are amazing, minibar was included and all necessatties provided. Beautiful view from all angles especially of the baloons. Great variety for breakfast with lotscof shops and restaurants on your doorstep.

This hotel is stunning! Our stay was beyond beautiful. The breakfast had a huge selection and it was very delicious! One of the best turkish breakfasts I’ve ever had! The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking view! You could see the balloons from every terrace of the hotel which were beautifully decorated! Staying at this hotel is a must when visiting Cappadocia!

We would give this hotel 10 stars if that was possible. This small hotel is steps off the main street of Goreme with it's restaurants and stores. It was opened in 2109, and is beautifully and tastefully designed with a meticulous eye for detail. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, and the mood lighting is spectacular. The stocked mini-bar is free, as is the coffee and tea, in the room as well as in the breakfast room, where they serve an extraordinary Turkish breakfast, which is not to be missed. Service at the reception, and in the breakfast room, is exemplary and really commendable. Our transportation and tours were perfectly organized. Prior to our arrival, they were quick to respond to our messages. The one recommendation we would suggest is better lighting in the bathroom. Thank you Zara Cave Hotel for a memorable stay.

This hotel is amazing! I loved every second of staying there. The view is incredible and rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel staff did their best to meet all our needs and requests. Hotel manager Emre was very professional and at the same time treated us as we were a family; he took care of reserving tour around the city and hot air balloon tour. I would also like to mention their photographer Enes. He took amazing pictures of me and my friends. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

We absolutely loved our stay at Zara! This has been one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. I had multiple questions ahead of our trip about the hotel and the area trying to plans all of our activities and Emre was always wonderful about replying quickly. The whole staff went above and beyond to help us our entire stay, walking us around the property giving us a tour even when we arrived late at night. The breakfast lay out was very good every day. And our room was beautiful! It was very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The multiple terraces ensured we had a quiet area to ourselves every morning. And the location was perfect! It is up a slight hill street, so it had great balloon and city views, but it was still close to the main strip and close to any restaurant in goreme you’d want to go to. Some hotels were so far uphill they were pretty far removed from the main area. I was very happy with our stay and would stay here again if we ever come back to goreme

WOW! This hotel exceeded our expectations, and they were already high. We stayed in the balcony room which was wonderful. It was large, warm and so cozy. The water pressure was great, the robes were delicious, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. And the breakfast was delicious with so many options each day. The hotel itself was like a scene in a movie. Everywhere you look is an instagramable moment. There are several balconies, each giving a gorgeous view over the town and sky full of hot air balloons if you wake up early enough. We were sad to leave, but highly recommend Zara Cave Hotel to everyone.

Zara caves is a beautiful property and we had a great room. It is conveniently located from the city center and was easily accessible to our tour operators. The staff was very courteous. The hotel has multiple beautiful terraces to watch the city and balloons from. Breakfast options are good as well. We thought it was perfect for our family.

Great Hotel in Goreme with very good location. Lots of restaurants in the area. Staff is very friendly. The room was nice but the pillows they provided are extremely thick and very uncomfortable. When we enquired about a thinner pillow option, we were told that they have no alternatives and we have to suffice with the same thick ones which gave us uncomfortable sleepless nights. They should carry both options. The included breakfast buffet was great . There is absolutely no parking options at this hotel. The front desk asks you to park on the street, but there is quite a bit of uphill walk from the hotel. Be ready for lots of uphill and downhill walking in the area. Great views from the rooftop.
