The room itself was nice, albeit with some electrical issues (one wall plug not working)
However, what was awful was the customer service. I called the hotel five (5!) times to obtain a detailed receipt for my stay, only for the receptionist to say it was sent and hang up. I never received it, and it is not in my junk mail folder. The last time I called (this morning) I provided an alternate email, only for the receptionist to once again say it was sent, and hung up. In addition to this, I have also sent emails and messages on Facebook to no effect.
I'm afraid I've been left no recourse but to write this review in the hopes I can speak to someone, anyone, who can help me
