This property was perfect for our girls trip to NYC! Our room had 2 queen beds in one area with a pocket door to separate it from the other area which featured a twin over full bunk bed. The bathroom had a pedestal sink, toilet, and large wall in shower. Several nice touches were the large dispensers for shampoo and conditioner in the shower, hairdryer, makeup wipes, and vanity kit. The check in process was very smooth and the employees were friendly. The negatives were no counter space in the bathroom to set toiletries on, and the elevator was extremely small so we opted to take the stairs each time. But neither of those would deter me from coming back to the Doxie Hotel!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming gave us enough information and recommendations around the area, the suite was very clean and comfortable however the only issue was parking they don’t have their own lot so if you have a car you have to go look for street parking and unfortunately that’s very difficult to find we ended up getting two parking citations which were very pricey wish we would’ve known were exactly to park

We stayed here 2 nights. It is close to Times Square, Grand Central station, shows, etc. The staff was really nice and genuinely went out of their way to assist us. The room was larger than I expected being in Manhattan. We were given plenty of towels, a variety of toiletries and things, etc. There is a great taco stand next door. Try it. You’ll love it. I am making plans to come back to The Doxie now.

location is prime!! 4 blocks away both penn station and time square (walkable both) as described "2 stars hotel" couldn't expect much entrance very tiny with somekind of hostel big luggages beware, you have to keep them under your bed, while opening on your bed spacious bathroom, good water pressure and temp, lack of sink space

Uitstekende lokatie en als je je tijd vooral wil gebruiken om Manhattan te verkennen, en de kamer enkel te gebruiken om te douchen en te slapen is dit prima. Goed bed. Ruime schone badkamer en vriendelijk personeel. De kamer had geen echt raam, meer een soort ventilatie opening wat de kamer donker maakt, maar ik keam er enkel om er te slapen, dus ik vond het prima voor de prijs.

The room has no temperature control. It was so hot, we couldn't sleep. Also, the door to our hotel room was open when we checked in. There were crumbs on the table from a previous guest. Would not recommend

Ok place to crash in the city. Window air conditioning unit that blows right into the bathroom door. No way to control the heat. Had to run air conditioner constantly so it wasn't too hot in the room.

Crash pad. Tiny and odd. The hotel Location and it's bunk beds are what works. Two men , we got a full bed & a bunk bed. Price per bed only way to justify the price.

This is a cute little place to stay for couples or single people traveling. It’s close enough to Times Square but far way enough that you don’t have to deal with all the hassle and bussel that Times Square offers. We got a family room and loved it. It’s a very small place but feels very New York. There are some great places to eat nearby and we really loved the property. I’d definitely stay here again!!

Hôtel très bien situé à moins de 10 min de Times Square. Métro et commerces à proximité. Le logement était propre et suffisamment spacieux pour 5. Un bouilloire, des tasses et des verres étaient à disposition. Il y avait également un réfrigérateur. Le personnel était accueillant. Nous recommandons.

This place is pretty convenient and has many places to go to around the area. The room was clean. I love the room, only downside was that it particularly small, but it did give a homey vibe. Definitely will consider this place on the future.

First, this is a small property in a very small footprint compared to other hotels. That being said, this was a very cool hotel and perfect for a quick trip into the city! Clean, friendly staff, quiet, and the rooms, while very small, were perfect. We had a room with two twin beds, so I don’t know if other bed choices are larger, but we LOVED the sparse decor, that still had everything we needed. The bathroom was also very nice. We travel to NYC often for auditions and lessons with singing coaches, and have stayed in all sizes of hotels of varying qualities (big, but not clean; clean but off the beaten path, etc.), but this was a charming hotel and an enjoyable stay—highly recommend!

Muy bien ubicado el hotel cerca de todo. Cuartos son adecuados. Tuvimos un poco de calor porque el cuarto no se controla el termostato pero nada mayor. La esquina se ve un poco extraña y la entrada no es muy clara. Pero para un fin de semana todo espectacular.
