Posizione perfetta, staff cordiale e stanza accogliente. Ci torneremo di sicuro. Da migliorare la gestione del servizio di housekeeping (all'arrivo abbiamo dovuto aspettare per avere la camera pronta e non eravamo i soli ed il secondo giorno proprio non è passato nessuno).

La posizione è eccellente . Il personale molto gentile . Personalmente non amo la moquette nelle stanze che comunque risulta sporca e i divani letto sono molto scomodi e piccoli .

La struttura è bella e il personale cordiale ma appena arrivata il 1 maggio 2022 pomeriggio un’addetta alla reception, nonostante io avessi già pagato il soggiorno con la carta di credito, mi ha fatto ripagare la quota intera con il bancomat, dicendomi che era per sicurezza. Mi è sembrato molto strano e infatti il giorno dopo l’hotel mi ha detto che avevo pagato due volte. Dunque mi ha stornato sul bancomat l’importo che ieri ancora mi risulta bloccato! Spero che stanotte di risolva come mi ha detto la banca. Non ho però apprezzato per niente l’insiatenza della receptionist del primo bel volermi bloccare a tutti i costi l’importo. Maria Barresi

Every time I visit New York, I stay at this hotel. The rooms are always clean and spacious enough. The staff throughout the hotel is always pleasant and willing to help - 5 star. The hotel location is perfect- you can easily get to various restaurants, shops and transportation hubs.

I really enjoyed this hotel! After reading the reviews, I was worried about the two elevators, but personally never once encountered a problem with them, having only waited for 30 seconds - 1 minute for the elevator each time (and there was a good amount of coming and going). The room was huge, everything was clean and ready for guests, and at one point I locked myself out of my room by accident and had to get another key and they were so helpful. The two cons for me were the mattress (wasn't comfortable for me) and the tv didn't work with the remote, but I was there to sleep! Would stay here again!

Wir haben 6 Nächte im Le Soleil Hotel übernachtet. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Subway Station um die Ecke. Das Hotel ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das angegebene Queen Size Bett ist beträgt fast einer 140x200 m Bett. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sehr gut gereinigt. Im Großen und Ganzen kann man das Hotel weiterempfehlen

Great location, very close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and subway station. Clean and friendly. The bathroom door latch was tough and the bar/rest was not open long hours. Would def stay here again.

all was good except I would like to have bars in the shower, at my age with a sliperry floor it will be advise to put a few bars so someone can hold to feel safe. Otherwise all is very well kept.

were there with the family and spent 1 week - Compared to other hotels in a similar price range, the hotel is clearly recommended. The rooms are small but top clean and the service is also very good. Five Star rating
