I came to Front dedk to gice my iwn iD & Credit card used ehen I paid my reservation online.
did not like that Front desk had to ask each of the guests ID and photocopy it, like at Drs office. I booked and paid the reservation, I showed my ID & my credit card.
This was ever my first experience that the Front desk have to get and copy all guests iDs.
She said wants to be sure about people checking in.
Esp that i have 2 older Female Seniors, one with a cane, it took them long time to find their ID in their bags, to comply with the Desk request.
When we went up, entered our room, I found out there were only two pieces of coffee packs and two sets of shower gel,shampoo & lotion. I called the front desk right away to remind her that i booked and paid for 3 people in the room ; and only saw only for TWO Guest supply. The Lady desk clerk sent the additional coffee pack to our room. I find it is bad Customer Service.
The building location was good but it was old so it was noisy whenever anyone get out of Elevator, would have to pass through two doors on a narrow hall way to the hotel rooms, you will hear the bang sound of doors so very hard to sleep. We Only stayed here for one night to go closer to airport , did not get enough rest as we heard noise on doors hallway.
The side road was noisy, look like there’s repairs construction going on late night.
