We had an excellent stay at this hotel, the hotel is a bit dated and could do with a refurb but it was clean and tidy and the room was spacious with everything that we needed for a 6 night stay here. We had a view overlooking some buildings and Summit One in the distance. Breakfast was great - there was a wide choice of food for everyone. Not a lot of seating but we managed to get a table every day. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. If I ever came back to NYC I would happily stay here again. We had a very enjoyable holiday.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, mais nous aimerions souligner un problème majeur concernant la gestion des déchets, en particulier au petit-déjeuner où presque tout est emballé dans du plastique, même les pommes. Les assiettes et les verres en plastique sont également très répandus. L'impact écologique doit être énorme à l'échelle de l'Amérique, étant donné le manque de recyclage dans ce pays et l'omniprésence du plastique.

Dear Fernando, thank you for your candid review. Please know that due to capacity, Dept. of Health standards and To-Go standards, this is the most manageable way to complete Express breakfast. We are open to suggestion if you have any. But NYC requires the plastic on the apples.

Very clean place staff are all excellent people, very relaxed atmosphere… all amenities were clean and very functional this is one of my definitely recommended places to stay very centrally located.

Stayed here with my family during school vacation. Location afforded quick access to mid-town attractions, notably museums, Times Square, Korea-town, Rockefeller Center (Empire State Building) and Central Park, among others. We walked quite a bit, but subway stations are also close by. Our room (2 queen beds) was quite small, lacked a refrigerator, and had a weak AC, but was clean and otherwise suitable for our needs. The complimentary breakfast offered a decent variety of items and was plentiful. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs and questions. The informal smoking area in front of the hotel was a bit of an annoyance, but I would rather have guests smoking outside than in their rooms.

The hotel is located centrally and is a good starting position to visit popular places in mid town, or to catch the subway. The room was clean and functional, with a comfy bed. Staff on the desk were courteous and helpful. The breakfast is great to start the day with the staff being super friendly! Only real areas of negativity would be the noise at night. We were on floor 11, couldn’t hear anything from adjoining rooms, but the street noise is pretty loud. Overall I feel the value fir money and quality was great and, unless you have a big budget, would recommend staying there.

Though the property is a little outdated, few cosmetic improvements needed, we had a great time here. Very friendly staff interactions all the time, free water bottles and great selections for breakfast. Ideally located and within walking distance to many attractions.

For the price this place was perfect. Quite basic in appearance with no frills but was clean. The street it was on was fairly quiet and had some great little bars to visit on your doorstep and was close to a Subway for getting around. The breakfast staff were all lovely and desk staff helpful.
