Struttura comoda per i trasporti per i ristoranti i teatri i bar La stanza ampia nuova silenziosa bagno comodo pulito, unico appunto pulizie poco accurate in quanto mi era caduto un tappo di bottiglia accanto al comodino, ben visibile e x sei gg e rimasto lì e anche la polvere sui mobili non è mai stata tolta, altro appunto i teli doccia molto molto piccoli. Comunque la prossima volta che andrò a New York sarà nuovamente il mio hotel

We appreciated the convenience of the hotels location. We found the staff to be helpful and the room to be clean. The only drawback was the lack of sound proofing. I could hear every cough, sneeze and sighs of the occupants in the next room.

The room was quiet. Beds and linens were excellent. Eco-conscious toiletries, recycling, and room service options were excellent. Housekeeping staff was very responsive. The bright, motion-detector ceiling lights that go on automatically when somebody moves were a reason not to stay here again. Every time one of us came in late at night the bright automatic lights woke up the other person. Every time one person got up to pee, the automatic lights woke up the person in the other bed. This was very annoying.

Convenient location and loved the decor. Staff were all very courteous however, we were surprised by housekeeping knocking on our door around 9:15 am. We were only staying overnight and checkout time is 11 am, so it seemed unnecessary to knock and ask when we we’re leaving, regardless of whether we had out sign out.

Great location, few blocks away from the chaos of Time Square and steps from the subway and great restaurants. The staff is amazing! Our check in person on Friday May 10, mentioned Moulin Rouge and Boy George finishing up soon, she looked into when his last performance was (without us asking) and called up to our room that May 12 was his last day, beyond great service. Large, clean rooms, coming back in the fall!!

Great hotel, was better than we expected. It’s only a couple of blocks from the Manhattan cruise terminal. Less than 10 miles from LaGuardia airport but it was a $100 Uber ride.

The property and rooms were clean and quiet. The AC was a bit weak. Room never got cool.

From checking in to checking out, Romer’s was fantastic. The staff is fabulous. I haven’t stayed at a better hotel in NYC. Highly recommend it!

1. There were hidden fees not discolsed until we checked in. Ended up paying $150 more than we booked it for, but it was too late to consider other options. 2. There was a mess of hair in the shower that wasn't cleaned out of the drain cover. Pretty gross.

Very pleased with our stay. The hotel is located in a great location. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Having a coffee shop in the hotel was also a plus. Would recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful hotel.

Close to everything, including transportation, restaurants, Times Square and Central Park. Very friendly staff. Rooms were spacious, well decorated and very clean.

no room service, no microwave, no on site gym, but rooms are very large for NYC, staff are very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again
