The hotel is good just for the position. The room was very loud, you could hear everything from outside and the adjacent room. There were some basic things missing that you would expect in a 4 star hotel, such as an hairdryer, extra pillows and blankets and drinks in the fridge. When we arrived the room wasn’t clean. There is a weird smell in the hall.

Purtroppo il servizio nel corso degli anni è diventato molto scadente. Receptionists scortesi e frettolose e file chilometriche per chiedere una semplice informazione. Stanze spaziose ma ormai molto datate con evidenti swgni di usura.

It was actually really nice, I loved that it was so close to the subway station and had restaurants all around! didn’t have to worry about food and transportation. One thing I do wanna see improvement is their showers, it’s so tiny! Not made for bigger people.

Migrant hotel. No availability
This a migrant hotel and does not state this while booking. Had to find another hotel after being notified by the front desk there was no availability even though we were able to book the hotel room.

Elegant & upscale lobby with 24-hour security. I felt very safe. The street is very loud with sirens. We bought a white noise at a local Target to drown out the street noise. Great location. We saved money during our vacation snacking in our room via using our mini kitchen, fridge, and microwave. There's a Starbuck's literally across the street and an awesome pastry coffee shop directly below the hotel. Greay location I'd definitely stay there again.

La chambre été correct et propre mais sans plus, au 3e étage c’est plutôt sombre malgré les deux fenêtres. Le lit été confortable, c’est même le seul qui mériterait un note complète. Ne choisissez pas les étages inférieurs !

Great Location and Service
Great location across the street from MSG. A lot of great places to eat and visit. 10 block walk to Times Square. Brought in the New Year in NYC and couldn’t have stayed at a nicer hotel. Friendly service, plenty of elevators. Great lobby with work stations and plenty of seating to just hang out and relax. Great price as well. Will stay here again the next time we visit. Nice bar as well !

The hotel was not as it was advertised in Expedia. Basically the photos used in the webpage are photoshopped. Also the rooms were extremely dirty. Stains all over the place and air was coming in from the windows so it was ver cold. Bathrooms were outdated. This hotel should not even have a one star neither Expedia recommending it.

The rooms were spacious and the front desk was very helpful. The property is older though and updates in the rooms are needed. Furniture was showing a lot of wear and tear.

We booked this hotel for 4 nights through Expedia. We arrived at the hotel at around 1AM. While we were in line to check in, 2 parties ahead of us were checking out complaining about the condition of their rooms. We silently hoped we would not have this issue. After checking in and getting in our room, we were so disappointed. The room was very dirty and the heat was not working. It was about 30 degrees that evening. We asked to switch rooms but the night manager said there were no available rooms. We tried to find hotels to transfer nearby but couldn’t find any until the next night. We checked out around 9am and told them the issue. The person checking us out said we will get refunded when Expedia calls them. I asked for a receipt as proof of our checkout, and he wouldn’t give us any. He assured me that we will get our money back. Expedia has called them several times at this point, and they have not answered any of their calls. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Our vacation has turned into a nightmare.

If we could have moved hotels, we would have!
We had to change rooms 3 times upon arrival. The rooms were cold (air conditioner in the window which created a breeze), noisy (windows are old), dirty (we had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean our bathroom-especially the shower) and overall just worn.

We stayed in room 1007. There was mold and mildew in the bathroom! Dust was alllllover the shades. The amount of grime built up in the corners of the bathroom (especially next to tub) was so gross. The vent in the shower was covered in dust. The carpet was dirty and stained. I will never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone. So disappointing.

When we checked in at 11pm at night, our room was not ready for us. It had not been cleaned. We had to wait in the lobby until the room was cleaned quickly (and poorly) at the last minute. I reserved for 4 travelers, but there were only pillows and towels for 3. The sofa bed to accommodate the 2 of the travelers was not made. We had to request pillows and towels. Everything was in rough shape in the room - wallpaper peeling, carpet dirty. Would not stay there again.

Front desk people were amazing. Very professional and helpful. The room was ok for the price. The bathroom could have been cleaner but overall, it was fine. We booked 2 weeks before our trim and we still got a good price and everything was close to us, so we had fun

While the hotel has a good location and a fancy lobby, the rooms are quite literally falling apart. In our 2 day stay, we had to ask for new cards twice, had to have someone come to fix the windows because the AC was letting cold air in. The ac was also old and falling apart. They say they have kitchen but there is no utilery whatsoever, which makes the kitchen quite useless. (forks, cups and such) and no pans to use. Oh, also, there is literally no table to eat, in case you actually used the kitchen to cook or heat something. The furniture itself is also precarious, the shower was disastrous and part of the tub was broken, and we had half of the amenities. The sofa bed was impossible to sleep in, extremely unconfortable and with some really sharp edges in the middle. Worst of all, we were sent some medication overnight (that we forgot and absolutely needed) and they did not bother to deliver it until one day after. My husband had to actively wait for half an hour to retrieve it, otherwise they would not do it. The delivery was there one full day before they bothered to find it. They did not apologize or acknowledge their mistake. We spent close to 1000 for two rooms 2 nights, it was terrible in every possible way.

Location is the best that this hotel can offer. Most of the receptionists are nice and helpful. The housekeeping people, when you call their office either nobody picks up the phone or busy line. The entire stay (6 days) our room was only cleaned 2 x and we have to request it via the receptionist. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will stay again.
