Il posto è davvero carino, i bagni condivisi sono ampi e pulitissimi. Non credo di aver trovato nessuna cosa negativa. Il personale è sempre stato disponibilissimo e cordiale. Consiglio la struttura. Grazie!

The location is very strategic and close to the subway. By walking, in 20 minutes it's possible to reach Chelsea- Soho and Tribeca. Same for Penn Station. But. The room I stayed in was on the street side, with windows that doesn't filter the noize from outside: I've got 2 nights on 4 sleeping very bad, and, in addition of that, the bed was VERY uncomfortable. There were also whispers coming from the windows that I had to stop with one pillow, in a quite "engineering" way. For me the final rate is C, but only for the position, but I don't think I would book it again. Staff was ok, checkin and checkout normal.

Check-in was very easy, and the place was close to a lot of the big attractions. The rooms and bathrooms are small, but you have everything you need.

Staying in Manhattan is bound to be noisy. However, the walls here are quite thin and there is much noise inside the building, both from tönte guests coming and going and staff. There was no dedicated thermostat in our room and it was quite hot.

The bathroom was not in the same room, the bed was single and the air conditioning unit next to my bed or my ears was sounding like a lawn mower, so I hardly got any sleep. Overall, you get the same size bed as the homeless shelter but you have to pay almost $400 a night for it.

The staff is amazing! This place is very convenient for short stays, really close to the subway. Clean, comfortable bed, tv and free drinks. The only detail is it can be a little noisy during the weekend but I had a good sleep. Will definitely recommend

I love this property. Everything is so walkable. I really enjoyed staying here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was so clean and stylish. The bathroom everytime I went they were so clean and smelling delicious. Definitely coming back.

Had a room on the top floor no lifts. Had a shared bathroom shower temperature very hard to regulate. But the room was nice but only coat hooks and some hangers for your clothes.. It is on quite a quiet street. There was a adjoining bar which was open for a couple nights of my stay don't think it stayed open til very late.. Coffee making facilities on the ground floor. Also free bottles of water available. Also a microwave was that area.. Hairdryers and irons available on request. Staff friendly enough

Staff were amazing, and the hotel was really nicely designed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and it was great that we were able to easily check in and out and leave our bags, borrow hair dryers and an iron, etc. Stairs are a little treacherous and if you're on the fifth floor it can be a long way up and down.

Es un excelente hotel en una gran ubicación. El metro se encuentra muy cerca y el vecindario tiene una gran variedad de tiendas y restaurantes. El personal es muy amable y tienen agua y café disponible. Lo único en lo que fallaron para tener 5/5 es que no pudieron guardar nuestro equipaje al hacer checkout como en otros hoteles, por lo que tuvimos que encontrar un lugar donde guardar nuestro equipaje ya que nuestro vuelo salía tarde.

We liked the fiendly helpful staff and the atmosphere in the hotel , it felt like living in a new york apartment instead of a hotel , it was convenient for all attractions , street could get noisy oitside front room bit earplugs would cure this and it was only at the weekend on the whole a lovely experience

Staff was incredible and they kept everything clean despite there being shared bathrooms, it wasn’t even a problem. Loved having the bar downstairs it was like finding a hidden gem in the city. I would definitely recommend this place

I really enjoyed my 7 night stay! Staff were really friendly and helpful and it was always clean and tidy! I had a shared bathroom and never had any issues in accessing this for the toilet or a shower and I was happy that it was always clean whenever I used it. The only downside to my stay was the lack of an elevator. I was staying on the 5th floor which was tough getting up to towards the end of my stay as I did a lot of walking in general in New York each day.

Great stay - bed was super comfy. One thing to note- the property doesn’t have an elevator and the stairs are fairly slanted, so anyone with a mobility issue might have difficulty getting to the rooms.

The FLAT is sooo cute and in such a great location!! I loved being able to walk to cute shops and delicious food right outside my door. I would recommend making sure bathrooms have hand towels (even though each guest gets a set of towels) if feels like it would make things even better. Overall- great spot- this is my second time staying here in two months (for work).

Ich habe tolle Erfarhungen mit diesem Hotel gemacht. Freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal, super zentrale Lage, ruhige Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung und hohem Sicherheitsgefühl. Außerdem wurden die Gemeinschaftsbäder mehrmals tägllich gereinigt. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt!

Reasonably priced, good location, friendly staff. The one thing I didn't like was that the ceiling window has no curtain allowing too much daylight in the room at night making it difficult to sleep.

This is a nice hostel. It is not a hotel. There are shared bathrooms on the 3rd floor (bathrooms are not on all floors). There is no elevator for heavy luggage, but rather steep narrow stairs with no bellmen. The rooms are so small that you cannot place your luggage anywhere. The windows are extremely drafty and the street outside is very loud with major sound leakage. The mattress was cheap and you can hear/feel the metal springs bending, though there was no back support. This place is worth about $50 a night but charges $180... just pay for a real hotel. I obviously didn't read the fine print. The place was clean though. And the staff was chill. That's something. Good luck.

If you want an affordable and adorable place to stay in NYC- Manhattan- this is it!! So cute and perfectly located near Madison Square Park :) it is noisy- so maybe bring earplugs with you. But otherwise- loved it!
