Personale gentile che ci ha rifornito di acqua sia all’arrivo che alla partenza. Strategico per i trasporti perché si avevano ben 3 metro vicine.

Colazione inmarazzante, un sacchetto con una pera, un croissant uno jogurt, una barretta e un cucchiao di plastica e i dispenser del caffe e acqua appoggiati a fianco della reception; questo è la colazione che qualcuno ci si aspetta in un hotel da 5 stelle? Non ho altro da aggiungere!

I apologize that your stay did not live up to expectations, and I have passed your feedback on to our engineering department to rectify the issues you raised. We're also hoping to improve our breakfast situation soon - it looks like we may go back to full service with Serafina, which had to end post-pandemic due to a lack of business. We've all got our fingers crossed in that respect.

Great service. Nice lobby, great room. Great neighborhood. Bathroom very small though. Glasses in plastic in rooms. Overall very nice. Breakfast service very minimal and too basic. Can be improved.

Overall, a very good choice for the neighborhood and price. Staff and service EXCELLENT. Dining options in hotel, and within a few blocks - EXCELLENT. Continental (full!) breakfast included - EXCELLENT. Queen size bed, lovely Frette sheets and towels. Nice "rainshower" shower head, very good water pressure. Overall, hotel very clean, but short of pristine. Probably time for a deep clean of molding and trim, carpeting, telephones. Handicap accessible room was very small with only a night table doubling as a tiny desk with one shallow (4-inches deep) drawer. Closet cut in half to accommodate mini-frig, so not able to hang a dress (used the shower rod). Doorways wide enough and bathroom large enough for handicap accessible, but just a regular tub (impossible for handicapped), not a walk-in shower (which is pictured for some rooms on the website). My room was very quiet (located side of building at alley way), but very small window, zero sunlight and drafty, alleyway view. Stayed a week; fine for my single person, business trip needs. Two persons in that room would be difficult. I would certainly go back.

This is our third time staying at this hotel. It’s gorgeous and in a great neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff at the front desk are always very receptive and helpful The breakfast that was included was a huge disappointment.. they were out of everything, no eggs, no creamer, no fruit, no croissants … it was a 20 minute wait to get the creamer refill… and we ended up having to go to the restaurant down the block (Pan Quitioden) The walls are absolutely thin so bring a white noise machine for the evening.
