Struttura ben posizionata vicino ai trasporti pubblici. Zona ok, abbiamo visto delle persone poco raccomandate nei dintorni ma non hanno mai dato fastidio. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Purtroppo la pulizia non è eccellente. spesso abbiamo trovato capelli non nostri sulle lenzuola, sugli asciugamani e in bagno. Però per il prezzo pagato non è male come struttura. Sicuramente ci tornerei oppure la consiglierei ad amici e parenti.

Ok ma ci aspettavamo qualcosa di meglio
La camera è nella media degli hotel di questa categoria, ma manca il frigorifero. Il problema vero è che l'isolamento acustico con la camera di fianco è totalmente assente. E purtroppo, quando a metà soggiorno sono arrivati dei ragazzi giovani, dal loro rientro a notte fonda è diventato impossibile dormire. Le pulizie solo sufficienti, spesso ad esempio in bagno venivano lasciati capelli in giro o doccia non pulita. La manutenzione scarsa. C'erano 2 luci bruciate e le batterie del termostato scariche, mai cambiate in 5 giorni di permanenza. La barra appendi abiti dell'armadio che si staccava appendendo più di 2 paia di jeans e piccole cose che lasciano trasparire scarsa attenzione.

I had a breathtaking view of Manhattan at night from the balcony. Room was decent, when taking a shower the floor will be flooded though. Private Parking was a plus. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay...

We loved the roof top patio at the hotel. Had absolutely beautiful views of Manhattan. Would definitely stay there again. Also close to subway.

The bed linens, pillows and towels were dingy and old looking. They were clean though. The hotel was dated and for the price it was ok. The staff were friendly and the best part of the stay.

The hotel is good, the cleanliness is excellent but the area is not the best (they have a coffee shop and a place to buy things) but walking there I feels unsafe.

Quick and easy check in and check out. The staff who checked me in and out were amazing. Very fast, friendly and great at their jobs. Would stay here again due to the room being very cozy and exactly as the pictures describe.

Nice place. It has a lot to offer. The bedsheets were stained when we arrived. They remedied the situation and was the stay was good. Small gym.

They charged me of “food” worth $29 which I rightfully inform the receptionist that we never consumed as such yet they still deducted from the incidental/security deposit upon check-in.

I like this place, come here every 6 months when i need to be in NY. It has everything i need, gym, terrace, room with a great city view, big windows, a desk, fridge on demand, plus it's close to different subways so easy to reach the city. The only downside is the bathroom faucet, i find it hard to use for hot water and very weird, haven't seen one like this anywhere else and i travel alot but no place is perfect so i was able to overcome this aspect. Front desk people are friendly and always nice to me, quick check in and check out, very responsive to any problem or request. Overall is a good hotel, for NY standards(i'm an ex NY resident) i find it more than good but i can't say excellent because it still needs some upgrades. I hope they will invest some money on modernizing the shower, another weird ancient system, and changing those faucets that splash all the water on you while brushing your teeth :). Thank you guys for a great stay, be back in 6months :).
