Errore nello scegliere la ubicazione
Errore nello scegliere un albergo a Brooklyn senza conoscere in quale zona si trovava. Mio errore dopo esperienza di 40 anni che giro negli alberghi di tutto il mondo. Colpa grave di Expedia ripetere le caratteristiche formulate dall'hotel, basti pensare il ristorante inesistente oppure il non poter fornire un asciugacapelli. Colpa grave di Espedia di definire buono uno hotel perché costava "solo $ 160 " con servizi falzi. Per chi gira per lavoro un hotel in NY deve far parte della categoria di 220-250 dollari. IL resto "fake"

Overall stay was okay. The place is located in an odd spot to me, and my pillow had a stain on it. And the bathroom floor felt odd as if there was left behind dirt from previous use. Wasn’t dramatic amount but was a little noticeable. That and a limited spaced room but otherwise a decent stay for the price

The location is definitely manageable in terms of getting to and from the more busy parts of NYC. This hotel is near a lovely bodega, local coffee shops, and plenty of options for dining if you walk a bit.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Location was magnificent! Hotel was clean. Cleaning staff was very attentive. Parking is available but is very limited.

The staff and the location of the property were very nice. In a walkable distance is the metro station and the neighborhood is very lively and you can find whatever you can think of. However, the amenities were poor. We requested a room with two queen beds for 4 people and we got a room with doubles in which is not possible for 4 people to live in there. On top of that the bathroom was part of the tiny room and was divided with a semi see-through glass. Overall it was clean.

Reception desk communication is not so great. I called two days prior to check in to confirm registration details and still had issues checking in. The property is clean and located in and safe area. Lots of convenient walkable bodegas nearby. Points lowered for the weird bathrooms. It was difficult to maneuver in the bathroom and water went everywhere from the sink and shower. Overall, a decent stay.

Why was I charged an “environmental “ charge and a “location” charge - just nonsense fees to jack up the prices for consumers . Overall a good hotel in a noisy area, but overpriced IMO (but everything is in Brooklyn)

Then you walk in it looks great in the lobby but being next to the elevators so you hear that all night. Then sink was clogged and toilet flushed every 30 seconds on my last morning. Won’t be going back and won’t recommend

The shower was leaking to the point where it was flooding to the front door. There were a lot of mold spots in the washroom. It seems like the caulking isnt replaced enough or the levelling of the tile is off based on how the water drains.

Good Chinese spot right next to it and nice place for drinks near by as well. Would book again 9.5/10 ( no microwave in my room )

We chose this hotel for business travel based on location, and the location was good. The hotel was not impressive. There was a strong smell of pot getting off the elevator and the toilet in the room ran all night. There was no coffee cups which ended up being fine - since the coffee maker didn't work. The hotel room faced the street and was loud all night as well. It was a one night stay, so we survived.

I booked an executive room, and it was so filthy. The carpet floor was wet and yellow stained. The bed sheets were not clean. The guy working receptionist was so rude and not helpful. I asked for utensils and he said the hotel did not have any… it’s a hotel? It should carry utensils? Not even a fork? He had an attitude and was not helpful.
