Ottima posizione, ma qualcosa su cui migliorare
L’hotel è in una posizione ottimale, proprio sopra le cascate e il punto di partenza di alcune delle principali attività. Dispone pertanto di una vista davvero bella (se si prendono le stanze con vista sulle cascate), peccato che però i vetri erano totalmente sporchi, rovinando l’esperienza (avendo, infatti, acquistato una camera con vista, e pertanto ad un prezzo superiore). L’hotel internamente non è nuovissimo, ma comunque ben tenuto. Abbiamo trovato il pavimento del bagno abbastanza sporco, con svariati capelli e qualche resto di pezzi di carta di clienti precedenti, ma essendo arrivati tardi la sera abbiamo evitato di richiedere un’altra stanza perché eravamo distrutti. Per quanto il parcheggio ci sono diverse opzioni, noi abbiamo optato per il self parking, distante solo qualche minuto a piedi. La colazione è a buffet ed è molto abbondante, anche se l’unica bevanda calda inclusa è il caffè americano (forse anche il the caldo), e viene servita ad un piano da cui si intravedono le cascate. L’unica cosa che non abbiamo apprezzato è il fatto che, nonostante fosse tutto abbondantemente pagato, viene portato comunque il conto (non da pagare) con lo scopo di far aggiungere la mancia (sul prezzo della colazione che si aggira intorno ai 30/35 per persona).

Bad experience
Very bad experience. Nobody cleaned up my room the first day. When I asked to clean an housekeeper just brought some towels but keep the toilet dirty! A bottle cap that I found close to bed is still there after two nights….The conditioning system was very noise, we couldn’t sleep Maybe too rooms for what they can manage. Parking fee very expensive

I did not get the room that I paid for. I was supposed to get a Fallsview room, or so the room description said. Upon check in, the agent told me that I did not pay for a view of the falls. The ONLY reason that I booked this hotel was for the view of the falls for my 8 year old son.

Wasn't told at check in that we needed to request daily housekeeping. We had to ask on the 3rd day of our stay for the trash in the room to be emptied and for fresh towels. The bed was very uncomfortable. The staff at the gift shop was very friendly, awesome and helpful and the best part of the stay. The wait staff at the Morton Grille was very friendly and awesome as well.

Overall great stay. Incredible view , yet the windows could have been a little cleaner. The room is clean. Found a blood stain on the blanket . Luckily not on the sheet. But other than this small incident nothing remarkable. It was cold outside, but the AC already has been switched to the summer mode, yet the engineer brought over the radiator and he was very helpful . Again we loved our stay, everything is the attitude. Ours was great.

The rooms were clean and beautiful. My only complaint is that you have to pay $39.00 per day to park and you have about a 5 minute walk to the parking lot. Not very convenient.

While the view was spectacular, the room was like a sauna. I set the thermostat to 60' and it was still stifling while sleeping. We had been sightseeing and walking all day, by the time we returned to the room it was so late, we were too tired to call the desk and try to switch rooms. In the morning when I reported it, the staff just said, "sorry about that." For such a nice hotel, that was very disappointing. Especially since we walked into the hallway and it was like a breath of fresh air.

First of all, this property has a really beautiful view. It boasts a beautiful view even at night. Please be sure to check your name before making a reservation here. There is a hotel with a similar name in the back, so I recommend checking the name. We made two reservations. Of course, the site representative helped. The hotel can't help you with anything. So be sure to check your name before making a reservation.

Hotel view of the Falls was top-notch. The only negatives I have are the price of parking which was 60$ a night, and the smell of our room. We were in1828 and the room smelled very musty / like urine.

The hotel has great location. That said, the staff were not equipped to serve the guests properly. Everything was moving slowly and it seemed to be more a matter of kicking the can down the road rather than helping the guests with their problems.
