Dear Davide, We are really sorry to know that your stay wasn't as you expected. Unfortunately, sometimes we are using the rooms downstairs for the luggages, because we have a very high demand and we are always trying to satisfy every guest of the hotel. It seems that our organisation this time wasn't as always because the stuff didn't wanted to make you wait too much and they did everything too quick... Because we are in a high season the prices are very high in the rest of the city, so in comparison normally we have good prices, but we understand that you couldn't enjoy at the real value of the services.
