Then, we are sorry also, if the cleaning service was made at a late hour, but it's sometimes complicated for the housekeepers to do it before, when we are fully booked, and when they have many departures to clean. Otherwise, your room was daily cleaned. Next time, don't hesitate to ask to the reception to clean the room at a specific time, we could do all our best to satisfy your request.Concerning the breakfast, it's worthy of a 3 star hotel breakfast, for the price, you have a complete breakfast, with a large choice of bread, pastries, pancakes, cereals, yogurth, apple sauce, jam, chicken, rosette, fresh fruits, fresh juices, eggs, ham, cheese... and a machine at your disposal for hot drinks.We are amazed too, to learn your disapointment, only now, behind your comment, as you could tell us upon your stay, or upon your check out, we could find a solution suitable for both of us.Know that it was anyway a pleasure to have welcomed you and we hope to see you again geting a new luck to meet all your expectations.Kind regardsLaury
