“My husband and I stayed at this hotel several times, it was pretty run down and unclean. We decided to give it one final chance with a lake view room. Surprisingly, the service level has improved and the room was quite acceptable. We might go back again based on the standard of this visit. ”

“The front desk didn't speak any English and didn't understand how to work a credit card machine. It took over 20 min to check me in and again to check me out. The lobby didn't seem to have air conditioning and was really hot while I waited both times. Don't go unless you will pay the deposit in cash or with Union pay.”
