“From the moment we came we felt right at home! Such a comfortable place to stay! Every morning we were greeted by a beautiful bald eagle on the lake as well as the chitter chatter of birds. For those who have a hard time climbing stairs, this is NOT the place for you. Bedrooms as well as bathrooms are not on the main level. No matter we would definitely want to stay again!”

“Our five adult children, us and our basset hound had a fantastic time. Spent a lot of time in the pool. The kids loved kayaking, fishing and the stand up paddle boards. We played some pool, air hockey and put together some puzzles. The beds were comfy, the couch was cozy for family movie night and morning coffee on the deck overlooking the lake was so calming. Amenities were close by and the pizza from Good Old Days was delicious. Would definitely recommend this stunning home.”

“We stay at short term rentals like those on VRBO many times, what can set a place apart when it meets expectations as advertised is communications and the responsiveness of the owner/manager. No place can be perfect all the time and we did have a couple minor issues crop up during our stay however, why I highly recommend this place was the ease in reaching, and quick action of the owner to take care of them Which is all you can ask and not always the case at some properties. “Great property. Immaculately clean and well laid out. Perfect for my wife and I and two adult daughters. Two smallish dogs as well. Very comfortable and equipped inside. Nice yard for dogs on leash outside. Quiet, nice neighborhood. Will plan to stay when warm to enjoy the sunroom, deck, grill and yard. Very nice and comfortable. No issues entering and great communication.”

“We loved our stay at the bungalow last weekend. Donna equipped the home with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and more. It is located in a quiet area steps from the Milford Point Audubon center, Wheeler Marsh and Cedar beach. We walked to the Walnut Beach area where there are a few shops and restaurants, most notably a delicious Mexican restaurant and coffee shop. A perfect get away, despite the questionable weather.”

“Our family gathered for a dinner with 22 people on the patio and the setting and house made that possible and it was lovely. 30 family members came to practice a dance on the back lawn and we had space in the house for them to relax and visit. Our family of 10 was very comfortable and found the accommodations tasteful and renovations were lovely! “This was walking distance to the Total Mortgage Arena for our robotics competition. Having the full kitchen to cook meals was awesome. Nice comfy beds, plenty of space, I claimed the nook off the kitchen/dining area for myself. Boys had front room to work on their robot.”

“We had a nice time staying here. The place is just as described. It is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We had things to do in Purchase and in NYC and the location was perfect for us. I got to meet the owner and he even contacted me when I parked incorrectly so I could avoid a parking ticket. There is a grocery store, Costco, pharmacy, restaurants, and many other businesses very close to. If I have to go back next year, I will be looking to see if this rental is available again.”

“The location was great and thre property was almost perfect for our needs. The only negative issue was ants. When we got up the first morning of our stay the counter was teeming with ants. There were several ant traps on the counters but they were pretty ineffective Otherwise, the house was great.”

“The pictures are very deceiving - as they are of the Guesthouses not the main hotel. I thought I was booking at an Inn, but I was really booked at a regular ole chain hotel. One that charges $8 per person per day for their pool! (you should really change this policy for paying overnight guests - why should we pay additional for facilities like this?) There's also nowhere to walk to from here, so if you're without a car expect to be paying for Ubers everywhere (which is fine as they're readily...
