Da evitare a tutti i cisto
Pessimo sotto ogni punto di vista. Personale maleducato e scortese. Cena surgelata e di cattivo sapore oltretutto pagata cara. Camera piccola e malandata. Vorrei che mi venissero rimborsati i soldi dei due giorni trascorsi li.

Good for a short stay
Went to Nottingham just for a night, as an extension to a business trip with my partner. Staff was friendly and room and bathroom were clean, which is most important. Hotel was not up to the most modern standards, but room still had a flat-screen tv and free wireless connection, which is good. Access to my room was not the easiest, as I had to get the lift to the 1st floor, then cross a bridge and go down the stairs again to ground floor, which is a pain if you have luggage. It is not in the city centre so you have to drive if you want to get dinner, unless you try the hotel restaurant, which we didn't. Overall a decent stay, would recommend

Having been going here on a regular basis for quite e few years I must admit that this visit was probably the best I have experienced. The meal was definitely the best I have had there although I must say that it is normally pretty good anyway but hats off to the chef on the night even though he was an agency. The reception staff were very welcoming and the bar staff equally. A nice pint as well.

Good location. Good staff and good service. Though elevator was not available from firdt floor but it was still comfortable. The restaurant needes to havefew more choices of food.

Not bad
The hotel itself is very nice situated in a very good location also with a variety of rooms though the building is like a Maze and you do get lost looking for your room!!! The hotel receptionist staff have very poor communication skills with not fluent in English at all which is a crucial key thing in the tourism industry and certainly doesn’t qualify for a Best Western standard !!! The hotel late shift manager can’t remember his exact name has a stinking attitude towards the guests queries !!! No customer service skills at all !! He’s rude arrogant and abrupt again with poor communication skills !! These things definitely need reviewing and changed

Very good stay
Car park was full, but luckily reception said we could use car park at Mercure, giving them registration.SSome cob webs on window frames, but otherwise very cleqn.

Great hotel for the price.
A great hotel - good staff, clean, well-laid out rooms, and a nice restaurant on-site. Only downside is the shower water pressure, but it's a small thing. I'll be staying here again!

Weekend
Concert weekend. Lovely stay Great breakfast on the Saturday and made very welcome by Kirsty. She was just as helpful on Sunday but the chef preferred to do plated breakfast rather than buffet so the waiting staff were flustered and the customers inc me confused. It meant I either eat my breakfast hot and have cereals after or have it cold. Shame because apart from that a great stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed in a clean room. The hotel is quite big and it’s a bit of a maze getting to your room but the place is well signed. Very easy access to the town centre (there’s a bus stop outside). (To travel on the bus, you need the correct change if you are paying with cash). The hotel’s car park is pretty naff, the spaces are small and the car park is not big enough for the hotel. The breakfast was good and there’s plenty of choice. The cooked food is good. The coffee machine is probably the slowest in the world.

Smelly, noisy and grubby
Horrible from start to finish. The car park was full, and several of the vehicles were commercial vans, so I had to park on a back road nearby. Pretty annoying, when my one search filter had been ‘parking’. The first floor lobby smelled like a toilet, and not been hoovered for some time. My room smelled disgusting - like an old suit overdue for a dry-clean. The carpet hadn’t been well-hoovered and there were crumbs on the desk. one bedside lamp was broken and the light socket covered with black insulating tape. The kettle was so filthy I asked for a clean one. The receptionist looked baffled at first, but eventually brought me a clean one. There was mould all round the bathroom window. No blind on it - just a scrappy net curtain - and it gave out onto the main road, so I could easily see the shapes of cars etc passing. The lack of a proper blind on the almost floor-to-ceiling window meant I had no privacy and had to wash and use the loo (right next to the window) in the dark. The traffic noise was excessive, and there were people talking loudly in the corridors until midnight. There was Intrusively loud pop music playing in the restaurant at dinner and breakfast. Many of the staff smelled of cigarette smoke. Overall, so unpleasant I checked out the next day, even though I was told I wouldn’t be refunded the second night because I had paid in advance.

Very comfortable hotel
Very clean comfortable and welcoming. Other residents commented positively about the food. We tried the restaurant and all had different dishes. The food was amazing!

Good: Great internet. Bed is very comfortable and the sheet are very clean. Dinner there was very enjoyable for me. Well presented and taste very nice. Bad: I think there are a few room in the building has open window. The reason, I am pointing this out is. They have under floor heating. When it s on the room can get very hot.

good hotel close to Nottingham city
we booked room only to stay to go to a local gig and also goose fair. The hotel was easy to check in and the bar staff were good. the rooms are clean and comfortable with a good tea tray lovely biscuits i would sty again there are a few local bars restaurants bus stop close by to travel into Nottingham

Helt greit hotell - Bra service, men litt slitt
4* Hotell med god service, og smilende personal. God frokost. Fikk dessverre ikke prøvd restauranten til middag. Rommet var greit - litt slitt. God seng. Gulvteppe - noe som min kjæreste med støvallergi reagerte på, men ellers bra. Sammenligner jeg dette 4* hotellet med andre 4* hotell vil jeg si at det scorer litt dårligere, men ett serviceinnstilt personal trekker opp.

Great property lovely staff the only thing I would say is the toilet was broke on one side and the room was far to hot needs some kind of air conditioning as we were melting. But overall we had amazing stay x
