Hotel molto carino situato in una posizione strategica per gli spostamenti. C’è persino un transfer gratuito che ti porta in spiaggia o al Bali collection. Tra gli omaggi, tutti i giorni in camera ci venivano lasciate due bottigliette di acqua da bere. La Spa dell’albergo è fantastica. Abbiamo fatto per due volte il massaggio balinese e le ragazze sono spettacolari. Consigliamo di provarlo assolutamente almeno una volta durante la vacanza. Ci è piaciuto anche il ristorante e bar dell’hotel, tant è che molto spesso ci fermavamo a cena. E la colazione ha un’ampia scelta a buffet. Il personale di tutto l’hotel è molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Se andate a Bali lo consigliamo sicuramente.

L'hotel in generale è buono anche se il servizio lascia a desiderare e il ristorante è decisamente scarso.

The grounds were llovely. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. More than I could eat! The shuttle to the beach was superb as the beach was beautiful white sandy beach of a long stretch shoreline. Quite remarkable!

My room got completely flooded during rainy day I asked to be moved to another room at the same floor where my friend is but although I was told they would do, they never came back, the only earlier option was to move to the floor below far away from my friends which wasn't an option for me as I have a broken ankle. After packing everything to move and waiting for the room to be dried, I realised it was over 10 pm and too late to go out to eat as the road was flooded. I went to the reception and asked for s spoon so I could eat stuff I had on my room, but I was told to call on the phone from my room. I called three times, three times they answered yes and hang up with 3 seconds and one hour later no spoon, with my broken ankle and no orthopedic boot on due to being washed due to sewage from rain water on the street, I had to make my way to the reception again and ask for a spoon, to my surprise they had spoons right there and gave me straight away. I complained about them hanging up on me three times, and they said the manager would talk to me the next morning, but of course I never heard from anyone. The room seems to flood constantly on rainy wind days, because the balcony is levelled with the room, and the balcony overfills and floods the bedroom. My phone charging cable was plugged to the socket, and the bit that connects to the phone was on the floor, and the only reason I wasn't electrocuted, was because the tip which connects to the phone was just outside the water!

Loved our stay. Our room was good, bright and airy. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. The pool was great although the loungers were a bit uncomfortable.

Amazing and affordable food, great service and hospitality. Rooms need an update for sure but still good value for money. Great pool for small children. Great area if you don’t want to be in a super busy area. Shuttle to the beach is a plus. Bali collection shuttle is great too!

Amazing food and service
The food in the restaurant and the room service was excellent. The best food I’ve had in Indonesia by far. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us. The rooms could do with a little refurbishment but the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the air con was good. I’d definitely stay here again

We had stayed there before, before Covid we’ve taken into consideration that they are getting over the pandemic. The staff has always been very friendly and polite and we would stay there again.

Could do so much better
Considering we are coming out of covid lockdowns and G20 is a couple of months away. I thought the mercure could do so much better easily. Our stay was Ok. Comfortable but thats all. I love woodfired pizza what we got was not woodfired. The pool was good. The gym was great too

There are no face towel. Air-conditioner was broken. It can make cold the room, but water dropped from its duct. In the pool, it often run out pool towel. Transfer to private beach was so poor. Only 1 time/hour, some people left behind.

Staff were very nice and very polite. Food at restaurant very good. Beach shuttle needs to run more often. Need fans in reception and restaurant. Linens not new or very white anymore. May even say look dirty. 1 hour wait and 3 calls to change dirty pillow at 10.30pm. Breakfast offerings not replenished very well. No juice glasses on 3 out of 4 times. No milk 2 out of 3, and asked for bowl for cereal 3 times and am still waiting. 1 hour wait for pool towel on more than one occassion.

While we constantly strive to maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction, regrettably, on this occasion, we have fallen short of our key objective in several areas. I therefore wish to extend to you my sincere apologies. I would like to assure you that I have personally addressed this issue with the staff concerned and will ensure that person in charge on that time will receives the necessary guidance to perform a much better role moving forward to avoid a recurrence of this incident. We are increasing our internal training in communication skill for all staff member to avoid same issue again. Thank you for bringing this error to my attention, in order to rectify the lack of towel issue we start to complete with new Towel in room and Pool Towel. To improve our hotel facilities, for Buggy to beach beside running by schedule we will adjust more flexible if the car could not accommodate all guest. Unfortunately, there is no way of recreating the past or reversing the unpleasant incident you experienced. The hotel itself is very nice and the property is Immaculate. However the staff service is very poor. A lot of the staff don’t speak very good English so ordering was an ordeal every time. Just waiting to give your order could take Up to 15 minutes sometimes and that is with lots of staff walking around seemingly doing nothing. Room service was a total joke, you would put your please make up room sign on the door and the staff would be on your floor when u left the room at 10am. You would return home at 5pm and the room Wouldn’t be touched and then at 6pm when u are relaxing or getting ready they would knock and ask if they could make up the room, I’ve been all over the world and never seen room service come at 6pm. The hotel prices are expensive for Bali and are pretty much Australian prices without the service or quality of Australia. Overall the hotel is a lovely place and good location but staff training over all areas are needed. The staff are smiley and friendly But service skills are extremely lacking. Wouldn’t advise people to stay here but we had a good time overall.

The room was very small and there wasn't a separate bathroom. The sink wad next to the bed. Alot of noise from doors banging and the hallways were dirty. We had paid for 7 nights but checked out after 3 nights.

Aircon was good. Buffet breakfast facility was too small and could not keep up with high season tourist demands. Kept running out of cutlery and cups, and facility was small and cramped.

Vi hade tre bra nätter på Mercure! Perfekt att dem hade gym och en stor pool. 15-20min promenad till strand och till Nusa Duas finare område med supermysiga restauranger.

Positive : Breakfast buffet Gym Staff-very helpful and friendly Negative : Mould in the bathroom and the sink Spa located on the ground floor near the lifts and restaurant -not relaxing whatsoever Very disappointed with the state of the room-nothing like a picture Doona and pillows must have been stored in a damp area because even though the sheets were clean I could smell the dampness Restroom public area didn’t have soap and hand towels
