"The fact that if we asked for clean towels it was an ordeal. Could not bring to us, and when i went to the front desk it was given to us with a bit of an attitude. Our neighbors were very load and the desk handled it very quickly."

"Property exactly as listed. I didn't see it mentioned in previous reviews so I'll mention how comfortable the beds were. So important for a great stay!
