I would like a refund. This property was not in a condition to stay. We were not going to keep our 2 year old within these conditions. There were urine stains, used rags, and hair in different spaces in the room. I will be happy to provide pictures. Please reach out to me and let me know what my refund options are.

Your satisfaction is important to us and we researched into the issue and found out that we had cleaned the room so we are unsure of the issues you highlighted, however as your satisfaction is the prime focus and in terms of the refund, I checked and confirmed that the Expedia has requested us for a refund and we had authorized a full refund from our side already. I do not have the option to attach the screenshot but on our hotel partner page it clearly shows Hotel Waived Fee of 117.22Additionally, this was a prepaid reservation, that means you paid to Expedia and they pay us deducting their commission amount, so technically we have not even charged you, and also we have waived off any charges on Expedia so you should have already gotten your money back from Expedia.I would kindly request you to check with Expedia in regards to why have you not received the money. I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience. Very clean. Much nicer than the others nearby. The hotel mgr or front desk clerk acknowledged us by name and our fur baby. He was very polite. I was very pleased with our stay.

Poorly staffed but staff was very very nice and accommodated their best. Pool was not very clean. Elevator call button broken/exposed on our floor. Housekeeping called once a day early morning so our room never got cleaned up on our two night stay. Bathroom supplies were minimal-one bad if soap, one shampoo one conditioner one lotion which were used up after one person. Had to ask for extra towels often but easy to get.

We stayed for a family vacation and enjoyed the property. It was not a new property, but they have done well maintaining the area and keeping everything clean.
The compliments go to the individuals working there as it was always a nice smile and happy discussion whenever we would come or leave.
The criticisms are mainly for the beds which were very uncomfortable for us personally. I suspect each person is their own when it comes to beds and maybe others would find this type of stiffness refreshing.
I recommend anyone stay at this location as you will find a good place to be with a decent pool and breakfast as well. We traveled with our kids and also noticed many other families with kids, so this is definitely a kid friendly hotel.

A nice place hard to find at night in first visit. The reservation online mentioned a possible $10 fee for amenities but the hotel charged a $50 deposit for amenities which were not used. The shower/toilet area had no ventilation. The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was good.

This place was the worst place ever. We went to get our room and they canceled it without telling us. And said the manager was not there. Dear Guest,You have not stayed with us at our hotel during this stay and also we have explained you several times that the person you are referring to as manager is not our manager. This is a cyber bullying and harassment against our property.All you have been asking for since your one and only visit is a free stay which is not at all justified and neither was there a reason that validates for us to give your free stay. Additionally you replied to us saying you will never stay with us but ironically you turned around and booked stay with us again during holidays. I am certain if we were the way you are describing us, you would have not chosen to book again. The property is dated but very clean and well maintained. The man at the front desk was wonderful and super friendly! I appreciated the lower pet fee than a lot of other hotels. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it did the trick. That’s the only reason for four stars for me. I would stay there again though!

We booked a King Suite , the King bed sheets had a huge stain that looked like Human juices. The Sofa bed had blood stains on the sheets. The hotel refused to give us a refund.

I do recall very well that your girlfriend who went to the room with 2 younger girls, she came down after 10 minutes to show me a picture of stain on sheets and I informed her that it was actually not a stain, but due to bleach the color had become lighter. Also I immediately offered to change the sheets or even change the room immediately. However, your girlfriend denied and said she just needed to leave. Parking was good. Clean appearance of outside and inside. Check-in was fast and pleasant. TV & remote worked well. Bathroom was also in working order. Comfortable room and quite, but not a lot of people were there either. Elevator worked and was quick. Breakfast was like any other hotel, but OJ was fresh & cold. Will stay here again.

This has always been mu go-to when in Moore OK, but it seems like the quality has gone down hill. Pillows are half sized. Beds seem harder than before. AC was off when I arrived, and it took quite a while to get the room cooled down to go to sleep
