“Nice clean comfy rooms and friendly staff”

“We had a delightful and peaceful stay! Jorge was a wonderful communicator and every need and query was addressed either by him or his nephew Mauricio. It is PERFECTLY situated between the archaeological ruins and the graineries - both within 5 minutes walking distance.. PARWA guest house is quiet and safe and they helped us with our luggage up the many stairs. PS, breakfast was amazing! ”

“Cute little hotel/guest house approximately 8 min walk from the train station uphill on the street with multiple restaurants and souvenir shops. Just a 3-min walk to the entrance of the Thermal Baths. The room was kind of small but very clean and well-maintained. The staff is super friendly. “The Rupa Rupa is up quite a steep set of stairs. Once up there the room for four was large enough, however the bathroom is a bit small for four people. The breakfast was good and staff were friendly. You can hear the birds in the morning but also the nightlife so it's not quiet most of the day. Overall it was great, just be sure you can do 5 flights of stairs often and are okay with mountain air moisture.”

“I stayed here with my husband and mother since we were going to Machu Picchu. It was a great place to stay since it was close to everything and the bus/trek to the mountain. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was incredibly friendly and lovely! The only downside to staying here was that it was pretty cold at night, but I wouldn't say that it's a deal breaker at all.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Ayllu B&B for three days! It is a beautifully located property with STUNNING views of the mountains in the sacred valley area! “This hotel was decent. Nice looking. But not as fancy as the pics portray. But I would not recommend to stay here. For one reason. When I got there around 5pm to check in. No one was there. I had read this happened to others in a few reviews and I ignored it. I had been up since 4am, roaming around the sacred valley all day, and I was exhausted and dirty. I called the manager and he said he was out running errands and he be back in 10 minutes. Will those 10 minutes turn into 45 minutes. It...

“The shower was good. Do nog expect much as they provide the most basic necessities. Have to request for towels, hot water if needed one. There was no heater in the room!”

“We could not find the property. We got a local person affiliated with the company that we did the Inca Trail with to attempt to take us to the Hostel. The problem was that the address listed in Expedia led to an abandoned building that was being worked on. They may have had a temporary location set up, but we got locals to phone the numbers listed and there was no answer. So, we stayed at another place instead.”
