Room did not have ocean view which is what I thought I was getting. Paid same price for a room that faced pool and back of beach restaurant as rooms that had direct ocean view.

We enjoyed our stay, however it would have been great if we had had a room that we could see the garden and sea from. We were in block 2 on the ground floor which was classified as Deluxe Junior Suite. The room was good but only a view of the railings around the swimming pool and the back of the restaurant unless you walked away from the room patio and looked across. If you require a ground floor room with a garden and sea view you need to book in blocks 3-5. The sun chairs many were reserved for the cruise ships, you were allocated sun beds in rows 3 and 4. Breakfast was repetitive, limited choice of fruit.

Clean and well-located. Restaurants and small grocery stores within walking distance. The continental breakfast was good although quite limited if you have gluten and/or dairy sensitivities. The breakfast was also exactly the same everyday - I wish there had been a bit more variety. The breakfast was regularly refreshed so no limp fruit or stale bread. We would go back.

Enjoyed the quaintness, staff and beach. I was a little disappointed in the beach chair management when cruise ship guests were bused to our property. As such we were not able to get our beach chairs.

It is a wonderful hotel my only complaints are the beach closes at 5 pm and the restaurants around there also and on the day the cruises are in town there was no beach chairs for the hotel guests .

A few things that need to be addressed would be to update the pool area, add robes and slippers to the room, a better breakfast selection and better shampoo and conditioner. Outside of those minor things, the place is amazing. Beach is beautiful and the staff is on point. Would stay here again.

Excellent property and beach facing room with balcony. Great staff, really nice, clean, and modern - right on the beach. Only thing is the beach 'closes' at 5 - (chairs and service). The village is a 5 minute walk, grocery store and tons of restaraunts. Great stay!

When you book, you are always worried that it won't be how it looks in photos. Orient Beach was even better. The room had a perfect design and we loved our ocean view deck. The staff were always super friendly and helpful (fitting the island's motto as "The Friendly Island"). Many of the beach bars were not open due to being off season, but it was an easy walk to La Playa (town). We enjoyed their excellent restaurants (especially La Pimento and the Yellow Sub). The French breakfast of juice, fruit salad, and breads was fun, but got old after so many days, so we ordered one additional breakfast (a la carte, for a charge). One was enough for the two of us to share. We would definitely go to Ocean Beach if we returned to St. Martin.

This boutique hotel was amazing! Rooms well equipped & all facing the wonderful beach! This really is the best beach, nice & wide, beach staff (Flo & Sedrick) go above & beyond to make your stay relaxing! Cafe food good & beach bar too! Nearby some great restaurants in walking distance! Would definitely come back to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at OBH; it is a small boutique hotel with large, nicely appointed rooms, great location and ocean views, close proximity to the beach clubs, restaurants and shopping – all in walking distance. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, especially Junior at front reception who made our stay unforgettable, and the cleaning staff kept the rooms spotless. The bed was firm but surprisingly comfortable, and the bathroom was large and well-appointed. I think the towels should be upgraded to something higher quality, considering how nice everything else is at the hotel, but that's pretty minor. The pool is on the smaller size but fits the scale of the hotel, and was almost always empty when we were there. We ate at KKO beach club every morning for the complimentary breakfast, and the wait staff there were wonderful, as were Flor and Cédric setting up the beach chairs and bringing food and drinks beachside. The only downside was the seaweed which runs along the Atlantic side of the island, but it was cleaned up midweek and wasn't a huge deal. Overall the location can't be beat, as you can enjoy a quiet time at the beach, or visit any one of the numerous beach clubs up and down the strip for more entertainment. There are numerous top-notch restaurants within a 5 minute walk, in particular Maison Mère which was fantastic – enough to challenge Grand Case for title of culinary capital of the island. I would definitely stay here again!

Had the best time in St Martin & this hotel was absolutely awesome. We will be back! Our kids loved it too. The location is incredible, we did not want to go home. Next time we will have to figure out a solution for the lack of proper power in the bathroom for curling irons & hair dryers. That was the only caveat.

One of the best beach’s in the island and definitely one of the best hotels. Very good and beautiful infrastructure. The staff was excellent and booked us several tours. The kko restaurant is conected to the hotel and very good for beach time and lunch.
