If it wasn't for a faboulous receptionist Miss Gloria I would put the worst mark to this Hotel. She made a great job to assure that me, not a VIP guest, I was doing good while I arrived. I had really a bad day, I lost my wallet in the morning and after a long travelling day I was exhausted; she noticed that and she did a great job to make me feel like at home.
This are the problems that I found.
1- The fridge was turned off and if I wanted to drink water or beer or a coke I wouldn't be able to because was hot
as hell. (but this is not a big deal I can accept it, everybody working make mistakes. I wasn't happy about it but is ok).
2- I had room 336 and there is a noise like the sound of the compressor of the fridge (that it couldn't be because as I said it was off) and this didn't let me sleep. A hotel is a place where I am happy to pay if is A SILENT PLACE WHERE TO SLEEP. So no, I wasn't happy.
3- the pillow is way to high and I can't sleep with pillow such that. They didn't invest enough money for a good pillow, good pillow costs a lot but with the money that i gave them in one night they could have bought a good one. A hotel is a place where I am happy to pay if is A COMFORTABLE PLACE WHERE TO SLEEP.
4- the box for the (early wake up) breakfast has been the worst I ever received, embarassing.
So overall I just can say that Gloria is excellent at her job and in a no mean faultless.
