Small room & full size bed. Light flickering in room, sink & tub clogged, owner/staff refuse to clean room until after 7 days stay. Was also told to bring own towels down to lobby to be replaced. We had 4 people and owner/staff refused to give us extra towels. Only good thing was washers & dryers on site and open 24 hours with own swipe card. Felt safe.

There was such a lack of information from the staff. We were not told about the important things like when there was coffee, that they only clean the room once a week which using the word clean is a stretch. Clean towels only once a week as well. The tv wasn't working, nor the phone. There is a stove top but no extrator fan or pans or anything. We stayed here some years ago and it was so much better then, a number of the amnesties that were there then are gone. I think if anything they should at least make an effort to inform the guests properly. It's a shame It's gone down hill like this.

Place isn't bad convenient to the parks as it stated in the there's no housekeeping I was there for 8 days and nobody ever came in to clean the room but it stated right there in the information about the hotel. The other thing I wasn't happy about is the fact that they charge if they hold luggage for you I had sent a small box and I got charged $10 for holding fee other places don't charge anything at first I was told that the merchandise was sent back and when he called the manager he was told it was in the office.

Servicio terrible, desde nuestra llegada al Lobby el trato fue muy malo. La mujer que nos atendió en el check in el 28 de febrero a las 3pm fue sumamente mal educada. No ofrecen servicio de limpieza como mencionan. Cuando llevamos las toalla al lobby para cambiarlas por otras limpias la misma mujer nos dijo que no tenia limpias que las entregaramos y en la tarde nos dejaban toallas a la habitación. En la noche volvimos por toallas y el caballero que estaba no queria entregar las toallas. Somos 4 personas en la habitación con una sola toalla. ¡Irresponsables!
