My sincere apologies regarding your issues pertaining to your housekeeping service. The hotel is fully staffed and that is not an issue although it is our policy to service each stayover every 3rd day or you can request it the evening prior to the day of your requested service. I will certainly research this to find out why the room was not serviced as requested. I hope you will give us another opportunity during your next visit to Orlando so that we can make your stay a memorable one.
