Wir haben 2 Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Uns gefiel das Schloß mit dem Schloßpark sehr gut. Der Pool war ausreichend groß und es gab 2 kleine Saunen(für je 2 Personen) und eine Infrarotsauna. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt's zu Fuß leider keine. Das von uns gebuchte(preisgünstige) Zimmer war sehr trostlos. Ein wenig mehr "Liebe" in Form von Bildern oder anderen Kleinigkeiten hätten es schon etwas aufgepeppt. Die Nachtschränke staubig, der eine Schieber fiel beim rausziehen auseinander... Das Zimmer war auch extrem hellhörig. Wir haben vom Nachbarzimmer jedes Wort verstanden. Also falls wir mal wiederkommen würden wir auf jeden Fall ein teures Zimmer nehmen.

Servicen manglede en smule
Et dejligt sted. Men service var ikke så god. Vi sad i baren og nyd en øl, mens de vasket gulv mellem de stole vi sad på og baren en god halv time inden de lukket. Menu kortet var ikke stort, så måske de var gået på efterårsferie. Men et rigtig smukt sted med mulighed for en masse gå ture.

Room itself was good and food(breakfast buffet) was also good but the following things were not good. - Wifi didn't work. Network speed was really poor. - 40PLN was additionally charged for parking when I checked out. I asked the staff that parking should be already included in the hotel fee when I reserverd via expedia but she said I parked in a paid parking space and free parking was in a different place. I couldn't find the sign which showed free or not. I don't understand why a staff didn't tell me when I checked in. I felt cheated.

Un halte bien agréable
Service très gentil. Le petit déjeuner FABULEUX!!! Je dirais même que seule le petit dej vaut le détour. La piscine d’une belle grandeur, les saunas petits, mais bien chauds et tout l’espace est bien propre. Notre chambre n’était pas aussi grande «stylée » comme sur les photos mais le lit confortable. La salle de bain basique mais correcte. Dommage seulement que les rideaux ne soient pas opaques dans la chambre. L’endroit est très bucolique et « nature » très silencieux et reposant. Bonne liaison avec l’A4.

Był to mój kolejny pobyt w hotelu i co do zasady wszystko było ok, poza tym, że w piątek było wesele, gdzie - jeżeli nie byłeś panną młodą lub panem młodym lub jednym z gości - to hałas przeszkadzał ci w odpoczynku, a basy niemal kruszyły mury. Więc w sezonie weselnym warto sprawdzić, czy nie ma imprezy; poza tym - wszystko bdb!

Kliczkow Castle
The Castle is a super example of a preserved / renovated Historical (pre-WWII) German Nobility Home. The Staff are friendly and helpful, with excellent English Language. Overall the Service and Environment is top class.

Bad stay at the castle
The site of the castle was nice. However, I DO NOT recommend staying here. Not worth it. The rooms and furniture are decades old. Rooms were not cleaned, dusty, smelled bad. Breakfast was very tasty and generous portions which were delivered to the rooms due to COVID pandemic restrictions. The biggest criticism was NONE of the hotel staff wore their masks properly or even at all! Hardly any of the guests or visitors to the site and hotel wore their masks. Security of hotel and staff never even reminded people to wear masks or made any effort to enforce mask policy. There were even signs that said wear mask at all times but people, guests, and staff did not care!

Beautiful location. We were told the restaurant would be open until 8.30 each evening, unfortunately when we went to eat at 7.45 it was already closed. There was nowhere else in the area open due to the COVID situation so had no dinner available to us. We checked prior to booking that a meal would be available so this was extremely disappointing.

No cóż, nie dopisała nam pogoda...na 4 dni przez 2 dni padało, ale ogólnie pobyt bardzo udany! Piękny park, w którym cisza i spokój, leżaki i totalny relaks. Świetny basen. Bardzo miła obsługa oraz pyszne jedzenie.

Everything about this property was wonderful except for the most important thing: the beds. We were not able to sleep well because of the terrible mattresses. They should be able to fix this problem quickly and at low cost.

Märchenhaftes Schloss mit tollem Pool
Ist einfach mal toll in einem Schloss zu wohnen! Wir waren zum Reiten dort. Super zum Ausreiten!! Brave Pferde. Unkomplizierte Terminvereinbarung zum Reiten. Lage: Das Schloss liegt in einem Waldgebiet. Das 10 km entfernte Bunzlau ist echt nett, sonst wenig Sightseeing im Umkreis. Wir waren noch mit den Kindern in der verrückten Kletterwelt von Turisede (1h entfernt). Schloss: Gemütlich, etwas abgewohnt, „traditionell“ eingerichtet. Essen: Wir waren mit dem Buffett am Abend zufrieden, a la card auch gut, tolles Frühstück, schöne Bar.

I liked the amenities available for my family - pool, playground, restaurant. I did not like that we requested a double bed and got 2 twin beds. Also, the hotel told us the restaurant was not open and sent my family with 2 small children down the road to their sister hotel restaurant. This restaurant was also closed... so we walked all the way back to find out the restaurant at the hotel was actually open but because we had children they didn’t want us to eat there...

I'm really glad that you have enjoyed your overall stay in the Castle along with the dining experience in our restaurant as well as the appreciation of the surrounding area. I would like to clarify that ordered beds are an option that a guest prefers but it is not a guaranteed option - during your stay all rooms with double beds have already been occupied, so you have received a room with two single beds. Nevertheless, I understand your disappointment with this fact. In regards to closed restaurant I'm really sorry for this. I believe there was some sort of miscommunication. We are children friendly hotel and all kids are more than welcome in here in all of our facillities. We invite you to come back and hope that our commitment to improve will be noticeable and pleasantly received. Best regards,

Pokoje czyste . Obsługa miła .Piękne położenie.
Pokój spełniał wprawdzie swoją rolę co do wielkości, czystości i wyposażenia , ale z następującymi uwagami; 1.Zawias zabudowy lodówki oberwany. Osobiście poprawiłem mocowanie. 2.Półka szklana łazienki ( pod lustrem ) lużna. Osobiście dokręciłem wkręty blokujące. 3.Łazienka nie należy do przestronnych i wymaga już wizualnego odświeżenia. Brakuje też w niej większej powierzchni blatu na kosmetyki. Jest tylko niewielka półka szklana pod lustrem.

Na plus: piękny zamek, okolica, wnętrza, śniadanie, miła obsługa. Na minus: wi-fi jest fikcją i w ogóle nie działa.
