Una breve sosta
Ho soggiornato solo una notte ma tutto è stato perfetto, la camera spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Il personale della reception molto gentile e pronto ad aiutarmi a risolvere un problema con la valigia alle 1 di notte. La colazione abbondante e varia. Lo consiglio sicuramente.

Struttura ampia ma apparentemente non molto curata, fatta per il visitatore che deve giusto dormire una notte. La mia camera molto calda e nessuna possibilità di regolare in qualche modo la temperatura in modo personalizzato. Camera pulita ma un po' piccola.

This is a decent place for a single night stay while transiting. The only place to eat is the hotel restaurant. You may want to eat at the airport before going to the hotel is you want dining options for dinner. The buffet breakfast was very good. The shuttle is NOK 800 per person each way.

Even though it’s close to the airport driving, if you don’t have a car you have to take a bus that’s about 8USD per person. And you’d have to take it to the airport to catch a train to the city so the cost easily adds up.

Grei hotell. Veldig stor og lange gåturer til frokost. Det manglet bodylotion på badet og for tedrikkere var servicen under par under frokosten. Tevannet kom fra kaffemaskinen og var ikke varmt.

Flight Cancellation Emergency Sleep
We booked the hotel about 30 minutes before checking in as our flight was cancelled after a very long delay. The queue at check in was enormous, but they have a self check in kiosk for bookings who have already paid so we were able to check in straight away which was dreamy. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were delightfully comfortable and the WiFi fast and reliable. We had an excellent nights sleep and fully enjoyed our night at the Clarion, even though it was completely not planned or expected.

Svært dårlig kundeservice
Hotellet var bra, derimot ble det dessverre et svært dårlig opphold. Når jeg ankom hotellet sent på kvelden, spurte jeg videre om det var mulig med vekketjeneste da jeg måtte opp innen få timer for å rekke fly til Island. Fikk beskjed om at dette var godt tilrettelagt på rommet og ikke nødvendig. Videre satt jeg på vekking som anbefalt fra resepsjonist. Som førte til at jeg forsov meg, og når jeg først våknet av meg selv var kun tv på, men ingen lyd. (Satt denne på 100%) Veldig trasig opplevelse, da jeg ikke rakk flyet og det medførte kostnad for både taxi og fly.

Et sted å sove mens en venter på å fly videre.
Merk at siste shuttlebuss er kl. 01.00. Etter dette er transport problematisk. Stille og praktisk sted, like ved flyplassen. Hotellet er helt greit for å sove. Men putene i senga er for store og sengene litt smale. Det er dette som burde forbedres.

i really love this hotel. i’m from and america and i can tell you that this hotel is much better than some in america. it’s quiet and easy to get to the airport. if i ever come back, i would recommend this hotel.

La chambre est confortable , le personnel est super accueillant . Quelques cheveux trouvés dans la salle de bain, une seule serviette de bain alors que nous étions deux et la baignoire qui fuit quand on fait un bain …. À part ça tout allait bien , le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel

Transport to and from the airport by bus. Cozy rooms, clean and great breakfast! You can check in and out by yourselves. We stayed there very spontaneously after we arrived much later in oslo as anticipated.

Det var utrolig dårlig service på restauranten. Først fikk vi nesten kald pommefrites og hamburger, så varmet de maten vi hadde spist av men viste ikke hvilken mat som hørte til hvem. Deretter gikk det en halvtime før vi fikk servert ny, varm mat. Servitøren var særdeles uhøflig og frekk. Ikke mye service å få der. Badet på rommet hadde kloakk lukt og det varme vannet forsvant plutselig under dusjing så dusjen måtte gjøres ferdig i kaldt vann.
